The Design And Implementation Of Reverse Logistics Model

With the people's attention to the product quality and the environmental protection consciousness enhancement, the reverse logistics start to cause continuously attention of people.More and more scholars research the origin,the concept,the classification of the reverse logistics.At present there are some researches of the reverse logistics,however,these researches are restricted only in the theory,and are few to the practical application research.In the process of the engineering to the implementation of enterprise reverse logistics,we must grasp its essence,carry on the analysis and the design based on this foundation,so it can guarantee the reverse logistics system running highly effectively and accurately.An effective method is to analyze and design the reverse logistics,forms the corresponding model,carries on the optimization and the reorganization based on the model,then implements the model in the real business process.Moreover, because the logistics field lacks the unified standard for the model, there is no reference model in the application process,various reverse logistics system cann't record information comprehensively,and lack the communication,the information exchanges between the enterprises cost much. To the request of realistic situation,it needs to have a model for the enterprise reverse logistics to provide the consultation,reduces the unnecessary cost and the energy in the process of constructing reverse logistics system.This article takes the design and implementation of reverse logistics model as the main clue,has studied the concept and the correlation management theory which the reverse logistics follows,compares and analyzes enterprise modeling technology,and uses ARIS enterprise modeling technology as the modeling method to construct the reverse logistics model.Based on the thorough research to the reverse logistics content,this article constructs the business process model for the reverse logistics as the the foundation platform for reverse logistics.After that,this article uses a example to carry on the simulation analysis to the real application of the model,provides the quantification analysis method for the model. Finally,to the implementation of the reverse logistics model, this article develops the concrete software system and the software code based on the J2EE technology.
