With the development of electronic technology,the demand for data acquisition systems has become greater and greater,and applications of data acquisition systems in various fields have become more and more.Engineers also have paid more and more attention to data acquisition systems.Based on this premise,this paper designs a Data Acquisition System Based on USB for the tested objects containing multiple signals and different communication methods.This system uses STM32F103 as the tool-side main control chip,to analyzing and collecting various types of signals.The processed data information is connected to the PC through the USB bus.The computer stores and displays the collected information through the host computer,and the measured object implements corresponding actions according to the instructions of the host computer.According to the different communication methods of the test object,this system can provide data communication methods such as TWI or SWI.Based on the application of the lithium battery management chip as the application,this paper designs the corresponding module of the tool side of the data acquisition system such as hardware circuit design,software communication protocol implementation process,DFU firmware upgrade method,etc.and develops the PC host computer interface,USB communication format and so on.Combined with the detected equipment on the application,a complete data collection system has been formed,which provides general information on the voltage,current,temperature of the lithium battery and various parameters in the process of use monitor,process and display.This paper tests the entire system after the design is completed.Through the analysis of the test results,the upper computer of this data acquisition system runs stably,and it can realize the real-time collection and monitoring of various data information in the lithium battery application scenario.Compared with the traditional equipments,the speed of data transmission has been improved by about 25% to 33%.This system has extensive compatibility for applications using TWI or SWI data communication methods,and optimizes the data transmission speed of TWI communication methods,and is not limited to the lithium battery application field.
