Meeting management is an important work in the administrative office business of various enterprises and institutions.Generally,the meeting management is limited to the management of meeting content information,Meeting arrangement and meeting room resource management are integrated in the administrative office system.There is no independent meeting management system.In the thesis,the meeting information management system for the party and government is designed which focuses on the problems of application examination and approval management and meeting contents related to confidentiality,which are used in the conference room with many meetings in the party and government.The conference comprehensive management system designed and implemented in this thesis,based on the meeting information management needs of party and government organs,realizes the basic data management,appointment arrangement management,meeting schedule management and meeting log management,and it provides a set of meeting management modes for the conference administration management and office departments of our unit.the system can be popularized and applied in many public institutions,party and government at home,and it can save the cost of human resources management and provide the process and standardization of the administrative of the unit comprehensive.In the thesis,the management requirements of the pilot unit is firstly analyzed,the function of the basic data management appointment arrangement management,meeting schedule management and meeting log management are analyzed through the using of case diagram and case description,and then combing with the operational requirements of the system,put forward some non-functional requirements such as security function and performance function;Secondly,the thesis completed the system software structure design,which included data support layer,business relationship layer,system function layer and presentation layer,the maintainability of the system was guaranteed through the system multi-layer.the basic data management,the appointment arrangement management,the meeting schedule management and the meeting log management module design is completed through the class diagram,the sequence diagram.the design of the database through the database concept model and table structure are completed;Thirdly,on the basis of analysis,the four modules of basic data management,appointment arrangement management,meeting schedule management and meeting log management are completed by using Java language;Finally,after the realization of the function module,the system function and performance are tested respectively,the test results show that the system function is expected to achieve the goal and performance can meet the demands of part and government organs meeting information management.
