With the rapid development of science and technology,resource integration and effective cooperation among enterprises have become an inevitable trend.The fourth party logistics provides a supply chain solution by integrating different resources of the third party enterprises.It compensates the managerial and integration defects of the third party logistics,which is the dominant logistic pattern in China.A reasonable logistics network design is vital to utilize logistics resources and save the cost of logistics.Further,it guarantees the effective operation of the fourth party logistics.Therefore,the design of the fourth party network is of significance both in theory and in practice.Based on the perspective of the industry innovative mode of the fourth party logistics,the thesis studies the design of the fourth party logistics network considering customer behavior as well as two factors of the stochastic demand of the enterprise and the limited cost of the network.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)The thesis studies the design of the fourth party logistics network of the industry innovative mode for parallel customers.Firstly,we use the value function of the prospect theory to describe customer satisfaction and establish a mathematical model of the fourth party logistics network design to maximize the minimum of customer satisfaction.Aiming at the NP-hard and the two stage characteristics of network design,PSO algorithm with minimum cost and maximum flow is designed,and the standard PSO algorithm is improved.The experiment simulation analysis is carried out.Without considering customer behavior,we do some comparison between the experiment result of the improved algorithm and CPLEX then verify the applicability of PSO algorithm.We compare the results of three different scale examples between improved PSO and standard PSO and verify the advantage of the improved algorithm.Finally,we analyses the impact of network investment cost and customer service level requirement on the target value,the results show that:1)the minimum of customer satisfaction increases with the increase of investment cost or the increase of customer service level requirement.2)When the customer request is different,the minimum of customer satisfaction depends on the maximum customer service level requirement.The thesis studies the design of the fourth party logistics network of the industry innovative mode with VIP customers.First of all,the importance of VIP customers is considered,and the mathematical model of the fourth party logistics network design is established to maximize the minimum of customer satisfaction.In view of the characteristics of the VIP customer network design model,an improved PSO with the minimum cost maximum flow is designed.By comparing the results of three different scale examples between improved PSO and standard PSO algorithm,the superiority of the improved PSO is verified.Finally,we analysis the impact of the VIP customer service level requirements and VIP customer number on the target value,the results show that:1)The minimum value of customer satisfaction with VIP customers is always less than or equal to the case which is without VIP customer.2)When the network investment cost is sufficient,the VIP customer service level requirement has almost no effect on the minimum value of customer satisfaction.When the network investment cost is scarce,the minimum of customer satisfaction decreases with the increase of VIP customer's service level requirement.
