With the rise of the cross-border e-commerce,the international logistics industry is flourishing in recent years.And some new logistics modes have emerged.Overseas warehousing,as one of the cross-border electronic business logistics modes,is becoming more and more important in cross-border e-commerce and growing faster.At the same time,the development of cross-border e-commerce service requires higher requirements to overseas storehouse.How to make a scientific and reasonable location planning for overseas warehouses is the premise and guarantee for the efficient,operation of cross-border e-commerce logistics network.A rational site selection has not only a vital impact on the development of cross-border logistics distribution system,but also important practical value and significance.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background,significance,overseas and domestic research status,the overall framework,innovation points and relevant theories of overseas warehouse location based on cross-border logistics mode.Secondly,through the introduction of basic particle swarm optimization and multi-objective particle swarm opti-mization,the improved particle swarm optimization is applied to the multi-objective model to solve the multi-objective location problems with constraints.Then,the establishment of overseas warehouses is to make cross-border logistics more convenient to the customers,which aims to gain a higher market share.Therefore,the time satisfactory function is selected to represent the service satisfaction of overseas warehouses to customers according to the distribution time problem that the overseas market demand points pay attention to.Combined with the characteristics of overseas warehouse,various cost factors and resource constraints are quantitatively analyzed,which leads to obtain the mathematical model of location selection of overseas warehouse based on the minimum cost of the network system and the maximum customer satisfaction.The objective model can not only determine the best location of overseas warehouse,but also the transportation relationship among supply points,overseas warehouses and demand points.Finally,in this thesis,the design example is applicable to the research model.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is utilized to solve the problem and the software named Matlab is used to assist its implementation.Through the comparative analysis of the selection results of location,the validity of the overseas warehouse location model and algorithm studied in this thesis is further verified.To a certain extent,it also offers a more comprehensive and reliable scheme for the location decision of overseas warehouse.
