Innovation is a complex social activity.In today's economic environment,innovation subjects tend to cooperate and innovate together.The close cooperation between each other puts the subject of innovation in a complex networked environment.In this environment,how companies use their advantages to obtain more resources and information for innovation is vital to the further development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss and study the influential factors of dual innovation of R & D personnel.In view of this,this paper is based on technological innovation theory,complex network theory,and focuses on innovation network structure attributes,dynamic evolution,and other directions.It comprehensively uses scientific measurement,patent measurement,social network analysis,and statistical inspection methods.Comprehensively and systematically explore the impact of R & D personnel's innovation network attributes on their dual innovation.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are summarized as follows:First,in the process of innovation,R & D personnel are embedded not only in the cooperation network and the knowledge network,but also in the subordinate networks of the two.From the perspective of the emerging multi-level network,this research integrates the cooperative relationship between R & D personnel,the combination relationship between knowledge,and the affiliation relationship between R & D personnel and knowledge under a multi-level network analysis framework,and explores the multi-network structure Impact of Dual Innovation in People.Taking the data of patent applications filed by Huawei and Apple in the United States as examples,the negative binomial model is used to empirically study the impact of the cross-level network structure of R & D personnel on multi-level innovation networks on their dual innovation and the moderating effect of this impact.The research results show that the impact of cross-layer cohesion of R & D personnel on their duality innovation is inverted U-shaped,and the impact of cross-layer connectivity on their duality innovation is also inverted U-shaped;The inverted U-shaped relationship between layer cohesion and dualistic innovation,and the degree of membership also strengthened the inverted U-shaped relationship between cross-layer connectivity and dualistic innovation.Thisresearch breaks through the traditional social network perspective to study the limitations of a single-level network that can only focus on a single type of node and a single connection mechanism.It will further the research on the function mechanism of innovative networks,which has important practical significance for promoting the innovative behavior of R & D personnel.Secondly,from the exploration of the impact of static network characteristic indicators on dual innovation to the study of the impact of dynamic network indicators on dual innovation.Existing researches have paid more attention to the influence of the static network structure characteristics of the innovation network on dual innovation,and rarely considered the influence of the dynamic changes of the network on it.From the perspective of network dynamic changes,this section explores the impact of R & D personnel's self-network dynamics on dual innovation and the regulating effect of multiple network indicators on the relationship between the two.This section focuses on the impact of self-network member flow on the dual innovation of R & D personnel,and also adds the role of multi-network indicators to regulate their relationship.The empirical analysis in this section selects the patent data filed by Huawei and Apple in the US patent database for empirical analysis.The research results show that the influence of R & D personnel's self-network member mobility on dual innovation is inverted U-shaped,and the degree of membership strengthens the inverted U-shaped relationship between self-network member mobility and dualistic innovation,while the membership structure hole is weakened Inverted U-shaped relationship between self-network member mobility and dualistic innovation.This research enriches the research on technological innovation theory and has a certain guiding role for enterprises and R & D personnel to carry out innovative activities.First,considering the existence of multiple networks within an enterprise and the nesting of each other,the impact of the multi-network nesting structure of R & D personnel on their dual innovation behavior is explored.Secondly,this article breaks through the traditional fixed thinking,and considers the impact of the dynamic changes of the innovation network on dual innovation,and combines it with the multi-network level.Finally,a series of research results were obtained through empirical research,which provided some reference for the organizer's daily personnel management and resource allocation.
