The Design And Implementation Of The Material Purchase System For An Enterprise Based On ERP

With the development of information technology,more and more enterprises are committed to changing the way of enterprise management,using information technology to create an automated office model.For the market-oriented enterprises,their daily operation management is inseparable from dealing with various business data and documents.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the ERP management system to manage the business affairs of the enterprise,help the enterprise to build an integrated information management platform,and enhance the enterprise's Comprehensive service level.This paper discusses the design and implementation of ERP procurement management system for daily production management of an enterprise in combination with the actual business needs of an enterprise,and applies it to the enterprise management and management to improve the management level of the enterprise.This paper has mainly completed the following aspects:Firstly,it discusses the related theories of ERP management system,expounds the related technologies in system development,and comprehensively demonstrates the feasibility of the system development plan.Secondly,taking the actual supply chain system of the enterprise as the research object,through the analysis of the status quo of the management of the invoicing,the business contacts existing in the invoicing management work of the enterprise are summarized,and the contents of the procurement management,contract management and data analysis are summarized.The system function structure has been effectively designed.The MVC development model and B/S architecture,as well as the SSH framework,were used to develop system functions and to test the effectiveness.Third,the cloud platform is used and the system is deployed and tested in practice,which verifies the effectiveness of the system and ensures that the system passes the acceptance and goes online.Finally,through some of related technologies and tests,the relevant functional points are realized:user registration and login,personal workbench,procurement demand management,procurement implementation management,agreement orders management,procurement contract management,and the basic data management and so on.The practical application results show that the system realizes the business needs of the enterprise and achieves the initial design goals.
