Research On Hardware Testing Method Of Intelligent Home Gateway

In recent years,many domestic Internet companies(such as HUAWEI,Fiberhome etc.)in order to seize the digital home entrance,have launched smart home gateway.With the mobile phone APP,the user can use the humanized management,such as acceleration and other related plug-ins,so that the user experience can be improved;research and development through the integration of mobile phone and Internet content,and actively explore the smart Home Furnishing service,to build the open industry chain as an important target.Obviously,the smart home gateway has gradually developed into a trend[36].First of all,the paper introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign development,and then introduces the definition and classification of intelligent home gateway.While the hardware test is an important link to ensure the quality of the home gateway hardware,so the allocation and management of intelligent home gateway hardware testing methods and hardware resources has important scientific value and broad application scenarios.The hardware testing of the intelligent home gateway for optical fiber access,there are problems such as the test standard is not uniform,the test method is not fixed.Hardware testing department can only according to the customer's requirements,the preparation of hardware test cases.In this case,this paper describes why and how to build a test case library.The home gateway fiber access need to register OLT during working,and this paper introduces the working mode of BOSA,the process of ONU registering OLT,HUAWEI OLT registration process on the configuration of GPON flow business.The hardware testing process,resource allocation is not balanced,testing room jumper in disorder,directly affect the efficiency of testing.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies how to reasonably allocate and manage the hardware testing resources.Finally,this paper makes a detailed introduction to the signal quality test and environmental test of intelligent home gateway.This paper focuses on the thermal test,flow loss,influence between WIFI flow and PON flow,effects between 2.4G WIFI and 5.8G WIFI,the relationship between BIP error and packet loss.And there are test data supporting the problem listed.The experiment proved that the reasonable distribution and management of hardware test resources,reduce the possibility of human factors,and improve the test efficiency.
