The MES System Designing,Safe Launch And Project Evaluation In T Company

With the advent of Industry 4.0,intelligent manufacturing and flexible production are new opportunities and challenges for manufacturing enterprises.As a manufacturing-centered method and tool,MES is of great significance in realizing intelligent factory.As a leading American-funded enterprise in industries field,T Company has gradually launched MES projects in various BU(Business Unit)and factories,to improve productivity and consolidate its leading edge in the industry.As a new project of T Company,there is no clear plan to build digital project from management to implementation.This paper will focus on resolve four aspects of the company's practical problems with launch new system: 1)production and operation data management;2)production and operation supply chain management;3)production process management and 4)quality management.Through full investigation,we can find the most critical improvement points and define improvement objectives,and clear the improvement target,In the application process,combining the theoretical basis,research results and other company production practice of MES system.Design the MES management system which suitable for actual operation status of T company.After the project implementation,Verify the new system performance with tracking the key indicators of the project,including the improvement of financial income,customer satisfaction and the improvement of Value streamIn the new MES system designing,application and verification process,this paper use the methods of literature analysis,investigation and comparative analysis.At the same time,this project also fully be applied Lean production concept to ensure more efficient design and implementation to maximize the project paybackSuccessful safe launch the MES system can be extended to other BU and factories,and can provide reference to them.
