Modern management system of giant manufacturing companies is a necessity on ensuring the normal and efficient operation of enterprises.Among them,the efficiency of information systems management is an important indicator to measure the company's level of modern management.China is on the way to transform from a large manufacturing country to a strong and modern one,therefore it is undeniable to accelerate the improvement of information operation and maintenance.This thesis takes a leading semiconductor manufacturing company,the H company,as an example.By studying the information system operation and maintenance management of H company IT Department,comprehensively using analysis methods such as IFE,PDCA model,and through the questionnaire survey,the current situation of H company IT Department's existing information system operation and maintenance is analyzed and found with regard to the current dilemma and the causes,specific improvement methods are given afterwards. Meanwhile,the feasibility is evaluated,which will be extended to the future development direction of the operation and maintenance of the entire manufacturing information system.Company H IT Department's information operation and maintenance has prominent problems such as redundant systems,high maintenance difficulties,and large turnover of personnel.There is a large gap with the industry benchmark management model,which reflects that H Company pay little attention to non-production core departments,and the staff incentive setting is unreasonable,etc.These problems have significantly affected the communication efficiency among departments,and even made it difficult to use human resources efficiently.In response to these outstanding problems,this article then put forward improvement suggestions for the information operation and maintenance management of H Company IT Department,including the outsourcing of core services to professional companies,the establishment of a sound personnel incentive mechanism and technical training route,and smooth direct communication channels with the core production departments,etc.,by comprehensively compares the management models of information operation and maintenance of excellent domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises,and combined with the local conditions of H company.In this way can this company adhere to the people-oriented,first things first,and achieve an optimized information system operation and maintenance management model,thus better support the development of manufacturing production.
