In 2016,the first year of 13 th Five-Year ",it is put forward higher requirements for the information construction of electronic archives.Thus,the design of electronic document management system development and application in the future,for the analysis of China's current " electronic file system construction situation,continue to improve the " XX company electronic file support system ",plays a very important role and significance.Based on this,this paper has carried out the design and implementation of the electronic file management system,which is designed to be able to reflect the value of the current system through the research of this paper.The system technology architecture to take the MVC design model.Namely model(Model),view(View)and control Controller.The purpose of the MVC model is to realize the function of Web system.Model layer to achieve business logic in the system,you can usually use Java Bean or EJB to achieve.View layer is responsible for interaction with the user,usually using JSP to achieve.The Controller layer is a bridge between Model and View,it can be assigned to the user request and select the appropriate view for display,but it also can explain the user input and mapping them to the model layer can perform system,the core of the development of the core language combined with Java,ORM(Object Relation Mapping)by Hibernate completed,the realization of the archive management system.Realization of the archive management system,collection,identification,sorting,storage,retrieval,and use statistical work,compilation and other aspects of the overall management of the electronic archives,formed a set of file management,file sorting,file query,use archives integrated management information release,permissions settings,interface extension functions using statistics software.The establishment includes the paper document file and the electronic file database,and the current document management system realizes the connection,realizes the document,the document,the profession information three integration.Support the classification management of photo archives,recording files,video archives,archives,and comprehensively improve the level of archives management and the construction and utilization of archives resources.
