| Cloud manufacturing service pursues the green manufacturing road with less consumption and higher value-added,it aims at integrating social manufacturing resources and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Taking researches on key technologies of cloud manufacturing service as the background,this paper devotes to the theoretical research and application verification on the key technologies of production and operation management for enterprises oriented cloud manufacturing.Firstly,this paper points out the importance and urgency of researching the production and operation management mode oriented cloud manufacturing,on the basis of researching the core idea of cloud manufacturing and analyzing its situation at home and abroad.Then,cloud manufacturing service resources are classified and modeled through semantic ontology.At the same time,they are described and packaged through web semantic.With these two,this paper puts forward two intelligent matching methods for supply and demand,namely searching matching and initiative matching,to support the matching and management of cloud manufacturing service resources.In addition,some typical transaction models for cloud manufacturing service are given and related transaction processes are designed.Taking the collaborative service among them as a represent,a collaborative transaction management method offering process tracking、status monitoring and task reminding is researched.Besides these,this paper offers a quantitative and qualitative evaluation method for service transaction and builds a transaction credit evaluation algorithm.What’s more,differences between cloud manufacturing and traditional manufacturing on production planning、service capability measuring and service process controlling are analysed.After that,some production management method and strategies during cloud manufacturing service processes are pointed out.At last,a cloud manufacturing service platform for small and medium sized enterprises is designed and developed.We verify the operability of this platform and the correctness of the management theory about cloud manufacturing service production and operation,achieving good effect.We study some technology problems about production and operation management for enterprises oriented cloud manufacturing through this paper,providing theoretical basis for enterprises to participate in and implement cloud manufacturing,laying the foundation for the further development of cloud manufacturing. |
