Research On QoS Management Module In Cloud Manufacturing

Cloud manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode which is based on the Internet, knowledge-oriented and service-oriented. It can achieve the collaboration and sharing problems of the manufacturing resource for the manufacturing enterprise in our country. With the development of the core theory and technology in the cloud manufacturing, whether it can establish an impeccable service quality management system in the cloud manufacturing platform or not is very important. It needs to ensure the benefit of all parties during the process of the cloud manufacturing service. It relates directly the practical application of the cloud manufacturing mode.Firstly, this paper combines the architecture of the cloud manufacturing platform with the practical manufacturing process of the manufacturing industry. Then, it points out the necessary for studying the management module of QoS. And it analyzes the needed functions of the management module of QoS. These modules include the trust management function, SLA management function and the service evaluation function. Finally, this paper combines the management theory with the management system of the cloud manufacturing QoS. And on this basis, this paper designs the system architecture of the cloud manufacturing QoS management module.Secondly, this paper introduces three sub function modules for the cloud manufacturing QoS management. From the basic thought of the trust management, this paper establishes the trust mechanism for the manufacturing enterprise and the manufacturing resource. Then, this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process method to solve the question. In addition, from the analysis of the cloud manufacturing SLA management process, this paper studies specifically the developed agreement, negotiation and the realization of contract process. Finally, from the basic thought of analyzing the service evaluation management, this paper establishes the service evaluation index system of QoS in the cloud manufacturing. And it applies the improved combination evaluation method to solve the question. Finally, it achieves the unity between the subjective evaluation and the objective evaluation.
