With the development of e-learning in the world,MOOC is also developing rapidly in the domestic recently.As the birthplace of the MOOC,Western countries have relatively mature MOOC,but the development of the MOOC in our country at present is still in its infancy and there are still some problems.The study of the MOOC content construction means a lot to the development of publishers,which actually provide the MOOC content.The paper analyzes the MOOC courses at home and abroad with different approaches such as literature research,case analysis,comparative research,etc.,points out the problems existing in the MOOC content construction in our country,and tries to find solutions to these problems in China's context.The first chapter elaborates the research background and research status of this article.The development of MOOC is in full swing,and the MOOC platforms are also constantly emerging.Therefore people are interested in the research of MOOC more than ever.They're studying the platform,its business model,the teaching model,the copyright and so on.But few people have ever pay attention to the study of its content construction,and there is nearly no the systematic research about it.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of MOOC content construction.It starts from the environment of the MOOC development,containing the policy environment,social environment,technology environment and market environment,to the analysis of the current situation of MOOC content construction from the aspects of the involved agencies,its feature and learners.The agencies which get involved in include online educational institutes,universities,publishers and the Internet companies.The MOOC content construction is characterized by the publicity,high quality and diversity of the content,the professionalization of the team,the various and interactive evaluation and quick feedback.Then it moves on to analyze necessities that publishers should take part in MOOC content construction,containing the influences that MOOC will have on publishers,the advantages that publishers have in MOOC content construction and the trials that publishers have made.The trials publishers have made include purchasing online educational institute,launching online educating platforms with other agencies,providing course resources and developing diversified teaching resources,etc.The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the content construction of MOOC in our country.By analyzing particular cases at home and abroad,the paper points out the problems existing in the China's MOOC contents construction,in the aspects of the curriculum contents,the team,curriculum design,curriculum development,curriculum resources,etc.Rigid courses,shortage of elitist teachers,uninspiring teaching,lack of experience and interaction in class,shortage of course resources,simplified evaluating system...these are the major problems.And the publishers are far from active in MOOC content construction.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions and possible solutions to the content construction of MOOC in our country.Taking both Western countries'experience in MOOC development and China's context of MOOC development into consideration,the paper gives some proposals,particularly from the aspects of selection of curriculum content,training elitist teachers,updating the curriculum design concept,paying attention to the students'learning experience and individualized study,developing diversified teaching resources,etc.It emphasizes the publishers should make good use of their advantages,cooperate with other agencies and spare no efforts in participating the MOOC content construction,so as to accelerate the development of MOOC content construction in our country.
