Study On The Copyright Trade Of China's Children's Book In New Century

Children's books copyright trade refers to a kind of trading practices. It makes the children's books as objects, often arising from the process of copyright certification and transfer. The domestic trade including China's mainland's copyright trade between various publishers,as well as the trade between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions.Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the domestic publishing industry in international copyright trade has been unprecedentedly active. And copyright volume has increased year by year. The export is less than the import, but also increased year by year. China's copyright trade has become the important economic growth point in the field of publication. Children's books published in the field of copyright trade is an integral part of the whole. At present, the children's books in copyright trade towards rapid development stage. The importing children's books continue to create market hot. Many high-quality original children's books are also frenquently exported to orther regions and countries. Varios parties engaged in publishing children's books in the ranks of the copyright trade actively. However, there are some problems in the copyright trade of children's books. And the trade deficit remains a fact that can not be ignored.The change between import and export is affected by many factors, which is mostly determined by the country's overall strength. Comprehensive national strength can impact on the outreach and influence of its culture, so children's books in copyright trade also reflects the overall strength and culture compet itiveness of the country.This paper is based on relanted data from 2000 to 2009, and it researched Chinese children's book copyright trade, from all participating subjects of the area. The paper discusses some problem and related causes in improt and export process based on analysising the whole situation of the copyright trade, and proposed some solutions to the problem.
