In the process of building a socialist harmonious society,community grass-roots governance is related to the process of building a harmonious society,and the community volunteer team plays a very important role in the community grass-roots autonomy,therefore,cultivating the community volunteer team is an important part of community governance.With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,their pursuit of quality of life is also constantly improving.Therefore,the development of community volunteers can meet the needs of community residents to a certain extent.However,in today’s big gap between the rich and the poor,there are many new problems in the society,especially in the field of governance at the grassroots level,and the development of community volunteers has also encountered challenges.People’s needs for life are multi-level and diversified,and the government’s management of community is difficult to meet the increasingly diversified needs of community residents.Therefore,it has become an important trend of community innovation development to encourage communities to cultivate specialized volunteer teams to enhance community governance ability.In order to better meet different social needs,maintain social stability,and realize community "co-construction,co-governance and sharing",community volunteers are more and more active in community activities,and gradually become an important driving force in the process of community construction and development.However,community volunteer organizations face many development problems in the cultivation process,which is not conducive to the improvement of community governance ability and social progress.Taking D Community in Nanning city as an example,this paper adopts interview method,literature research method and comparative analysis method as the main research methods.Social workers are involved in the cultivation of community volunteers in D in the form of urban benefit projects,according to the problems in the cultivation of community volunteers in D,such as the small number of community volunteers and the majority of elderly people,the overall quality of community volunteers is not high,the strong dependence on the community,and the team management is not standardized.This article analyzed the demand for the development of the community volunteer team,found that the D community volunteer team need to expand the team personnel quantity,enhance the overall quality of the volunteers,volunteer service of professional knowledge and skills,rich volunteer service type,in order to improve the volunteer’s enthusiasm and initiative,as well as the demand for the standardization of the management of volunteers.To this,a social worker according to D the encountered problems in the development of community volunteers,took a targeted intervention strategies,namely the development,recruiting volunteers in many ways,according to the development needs of volunteers and community residents living needs to take corresponding training measures,continuously encourage volunteers to assist volunteer team to perfect the management system,And improve the practical ability by guiding volunteers to carry out voluntary service.The study found that under the effect of these measures,the number of team members increased,the initiative and enthusiasm were stronger,the sense of responsibility to the society was enhanced,and the identity of volunteer service and professional service of social work was deepened.The intervention service of social workers had achieved certain results for the development of community volunteers.But there are still problems in the process of intervention and deficiencies,such as project of professional social workers understaffed and the limited professional ability,and the perspectives of advantage theory is not well,not fully exert the advantage of volunteers and expertise,role positioning is not clear,ignore the cultivation of volunteer leaders,insufficient professional achievements,etc.Therefore,the author thinks that social work project personnel should be rationally allocated,the number of social workers participating in the service project should be appropriately increased and their professional ability should be constantly improved.Deepen the understanding of the theory of advantage perspective,be good at excavating the strengths and potentials of volunteers and individuals and flexibly apply them to practice;At the same time,attention should be paid to improving the cohesion of the volunteer team,cultivating a group of volunteer leaders and their independence,so as to make full preparations for the social workers to independently organize the community volunteer team to carry out volunteer services after the project.
