The party and the state have always attached great importance to the work of school sports.School sports are one of the important way to implement quality education and promote the all-round development of students.Contemporarily,under the guidance of adhering to the "Health First" ideology and conforming to the needs of the development of the era,the school physical education teaching organization model is also constantly reforming and innovating.However,although this organizational model has its own advantages,the current class teaching system is still the main form of physical education organization.However,they are facing the problem of "one size fits all",and cannot meet the current quality education development requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to reform and innovate the physical education organization model.This thesis refers to the "dynamic stratification" organizational model to high school physical education teaching,aiming to explore its feasibility,in order to provide a reference for the innovation of China’s physical education classroom teaching organization model.This thesis undertake under the literature method,expert investigation method,teaching experiment method and other research methods.The teaching experiment method takes the students of one or two classes as the experimental object,The "dynamic stratification" organizational model in physical teaching as the research object,and conducts a teaching experiment of 8 weeks totaling 16 hours,of which the control class adopts the conventional teaching organization mode;the experimental class adopts the "dynamic stratification" organizational model,yet,the statistical analysis of the physical condition and student psychological data of the two classes before and after the experiment is verified to verify the "dynamic stratification".The teaching effect of the organizational model and the feasibility of its application in physical teaching.The research shows:(1)After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the experimental class50 m run,800 m running and 1000 m running(P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in the four indicators of standing long jump,seated body forward flexion,sit-ups and pull-ups(P<0.05);Hence,there was no significant difference in the seven physical fitness indicators of the control class(P>0.05);after compared and analyzed between the two classes,there was no significant difference in the three indicators of 50 m run,standing long jump and pull-up(P>0.05);There was a significant difference between 800 m and 1000m(P<0.05),and there was a huge significant difference in sit-ups(P<0.01).The overall results of the experimental class were higher than those of the control class.(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences in the five dimensions of body self-esteem in the experimental class(P<0.01);there were no significant differences in the three dimensions of self-worth,physical condition and physical attractiveness in the self-esteem of the control class(P>0.05),and there were very significant differences in the remaining two dimensions(P<0.01);in the comparative analysis of the two classes,the scores of the experimental classes were higher than those of the control class,showing significant differences(P<0.01).(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences in the five dimensions of physical self-esteem in the experimental class(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the three dimensions of self-worth,physical condition and physical attraction in the physical self-esteem of the control class(P<0.05),and there were very significant differences in the other two dimensions(P<0.01);In the comparative analysis of the two classes,the score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01).
