The Research On Dynamic Layered Teaching In The Optional Course Of Taekwondo In Physical Education Colleges

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have issued the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education Work in the New Era",which points out that China should strengthen and improve school physical education work in the new era,so as to achieve the basic task of moral cultivation and the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality and the goal of building a powerful country in modern education and sports.This shows that we need to continue to deepen the reform of education,strengthen the modernization of physical education curriculum,develop quality education,the formation of high-quality college physical education system.Therefore,under the background of the great reform of education,the dynamic hierarchical teaching method in the teaching process of Taekwondo elective course in line with the needs of the times.Based on the previous research and experience,literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics and other methods,the dynamic stratified teaching method was applied to the teaching of Taekwondo for 18 weeks.By exploring the effect of dynamic stratification teaching method in elective courses of Taekwondo,it provides theoretical support for the implementation of dynamic stratification teaching method,provides experience reference for the teaching of elective courses of Taekwondo in colleges and universities,and improves the teaching quality of Taekwondo courses in colleges and universities so as to cultivate high-quality sports talents.By examining the differences between the experimental class and the control class in Taekwondo technology,special physical quality,learning interest and exercise attitude,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The dynamic stratification teaching method has a good effect on improving the technique of legs and Taekwondo teaching,and is more suitable for the teaching of taekwondo elective courses.2.In the elective teaching of Taekwondo,the dynamic stratification teaching method has a remarkable effect on improving the explosive force and flexible quality of Taekwondo.3.Dynamic stratification teaching method can enhance students’ self-confidence,reduce frustration,and help to enhance students’ interest in taekwondo learning.4.The dynamic stratification teaching method expands the flexibility of teaching method,and has obvious positive guiding effect on students’ exercise attitude.
