Research On Biology Teaching In Rural Junior High School Under Dynamic Hierarchical Model

On October 7,2022,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Highly Skilled Personnel in the New Era,and issued a notice,requiring all regions and departments to earnestly implement them in light of their actual conditions.General office of the Ministry of Education issued on the 2022 secondary vocational school enrollment work notice,stressed,adhere to Xi Jinping,the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide,fully implement the party’s education policy,implement the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation,set up scientific education quality concept,adhere to the moral education first,all-round development,for all,unity,training,intelligence and physique all-round development of socialist builders and successors.This study included 800 students and 45 teachers from Yan’an Vocational High School.Based on the actual situation of the development of physical education in Yan’an vocational high school,this paper deeply studies the literature data method,the questionnaire method of vocational high school,the visiting method,the mathematical statistics and comparison method and the logic analysis method,and the research results show that:1.All vocational high schools in Yan’an city have well implemented the spirit of the Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of High-skilled Talents in the New Era,Basically,the guiding ideology is to "train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor." However,some teachers have not changed the teaching guiding ideology to the concept of cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor;2.Although the teaching content,organizational form and evaluation method of Yan’an physical education class have been greatly reformed,Some results have also been achieved,But there are still some shortcomings;3.Yan’an vocational high school students have more active physical education activities,However,the space of physical education class activities is relatively insufficient,and the project development is single,There is a big gap with the needs of students,And the lack of teacher guidance is also one of the important influencing factors;4.Yan’an physical education teachers have a high comprehensive quality,But there is still a distance from the requirements of physical education reform,Especially in the application of modern educational technology,And scientific research,innovation ability to be improved;5.Yan’an city physical education classroom teaching quality supervision system is relatively perfect,But the lack of a systematic,The system is also relatively not very perfect.
