With the development of education,deepening teaching reform,countries have raised higher requirements for physical education,put forward the education should be people-oriented,respect students individual difference,sports teaching is not only to teach motor skills,improve the quality of the body,but also pay attention to students’ physical education curriculum engagement,psychological quality,the sports interest,the cultivation of the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise.Under the background of the introduction of excellent traditional culture into the campus,the construction of ideological and political courses,and the nationwide fitness,the simplified 24 type taichi conforms to the physical and mental characteristics of college students in public physical education classes.It can achieve the purpose of exercising physical and mental bodies,spreading traditional culture,and building moral education.However,how to improve the students interest in learning,improve student participation become crucial question,dynamic hierarchical cooperation teaching mode to students as the main body,according to their aptitude,encourages cooperative learning,can improve the students’ learning interest,promote the communication between students,can give full play to the sports social attribute,promote the development of students’ psychological quality,improve students’ classroom participation,Cultivate students’ lifelong sports consciousness.So,in this paper,the application of dynamic hierarchical cooperation teaching mode,verify its in 24 type taichi in the classroom teaching effect,probe into its special quality and non-intelligence factors of students,social adaptation ability,the impact of 24 type taichi technology level,so as to provide reference for the development of 24 type taichi teaching.This paper adopted the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,from the concept of dynamic hierarchical cooperation teaching mode,theoretical basis,design experiment plan,24 type taichi in henan university elective courses of two classes,a total of 66 students as experimental object,This paper studies and analyzes the application of dynamic hierarchical cooperative teaching mode in the 24 type taichi elective course.The following conclusions are drawn:1.In the teaching of 24 type taichi,the experimental class using dynamic hierarchical cooperative teaching mode has better technical performance than the control class under the traditional teaching mode.However,teachers should learn to respect the individual differences of students and teach them in accordance with their abilities in the teaching process.2.Compared with the traditional teaching model,the dynamic hierarchical cooperative teaching model can effectively improve students’ psychological quality,enhance students’ learning interest,change students’ learning motivation,cultivate self-confidence and strengthen the sense of teamwork.3.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the dynamic stratified cooperative teaching mode can effectively improve the students’ social adaptability.4.The change of teaching model has no significant influence on the physical quality of students in the 24 type taichi elective course.5.The dynamic hierarchical cooperative teaching model is suitable for the teaching of 24 type taichi.Any teaching model has advantages and disadvantages,so it should be adjusted in time according to the actual situation.The application of dynamic hierarchical cooperative teaching mode should be fully prepared in the early stage,which has certain requirements on teachers’ teaching ability. |
