Dynamic hierarchical cooperation is a teaching model that the center of the model is students' innovation spirit and cooperation ability.pay attention to students' individual learning and the collective collaboration,pay more attention to the development of the students' non-intelligence factors,Implement the model thought in new courses standard of oriented,individualized education,healthy life.Center on the students' non-intelligence factors,pay attention to individual differences and different requirements to develop the potential of students,promote the students' subjectivity and all-round develop students' psychology,physics and cultural quality,cultivate the consciousness of lifelong sports.This research uses making experiments ? questionnaires ?mathematical statistics and literature review.It is 2013 aerobics elective students 120 in Shan xi institute of technology as experimental subjects for 34 periods.By using Dynamic hierarchical-cooperation teaching mode and traditional teaching mode contrast experiment the conclusions are in the following(1)Dynamic hierarchical-cooperation teaching mode is feasibleteaching method by testing colleges and universities aerobics courses.(2)Dynamic hierarchical-cooperation teaching mode has a great influence on motivation ? interests and feelings of non-intellectual elements.(3)Dynamic hierarchical-cooperation teaching mode can promote students to control the aerobics basic technology,especially the time and the basic rhythm,the formation of skills,and be able to improve students' aerobics technical action expressions and step skill levels.
