With the deepening of curriculum reform in our country,basic education is also constantly advancing to the direction of quality education.Physical education teaching activities closely follow the pace of education reform,face all students and respect individual differences,so as to promote the coordinated development of students' morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Based on the individual differences of students,the contract learning method selects the teaching objectives,contents,methods and teaching organization forms according to the teaching principle of teaching students according to their aptitude.Combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of junior middle school students and junior middle school physical education teaching,according to the characteristics and teaching procedures of contract learning method,this study uses the method of teaching experiment to apply contract learning method to junior middle school football teaching activities,so as to explore the application effect of this method in junior middle school football teaching.This study adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,interview and mathematical statistics,takes physical health(form,function and quality),football Technology(dribbling around the pole,bumping and fixed-point shooting)and physical learning interest as the experimental test content,and selects two classes of Grade 8 of Zhaoji Junior high school in Funan County as the experimental object,(1)class as the experimental group,and uses the contract learning method,(5)The class is the control group,and the traditional teaching method is used to carry out the teaching experiment for three months.The test index data of the two groups of students before and after the experiment are statistically analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:After the experiment,there were significant differences(p<0.05)in the indicators of body weight,vital capacity,sitting forward flexion,50 m running,1000m(male),and 800m(female)between the two groups of students in the physical fitness test(p<0.05),but not in the height indicator.difference(p>0.05).There were significant differences in each dimension of sports learning interest(p<0.05).There was a significant difference(p < 0.05)in the results of the football technique test and the results of the football technique assessment(p < 0.05).From this the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The contract learning method plays a positive role in improving students' initiative,enthusiasm,persistence and practice efficiency in physical exercise.The completion of contract learning objectives and plans promotes the development of students' self-directed learning ability.(2)the contract for students learning method in the application of height growth effects,but in shaping students' body shape and weight control students effect is better,(3)the football teaching vital capacity increase has a significant effect on the students,but the implementation of the contract learning method is better than conventional teaching methods to the promotion of students' vital capacity have obvious effect,It can effectively promote the development of students' respiratory and cardiovascular systems.(4)The application of contract learning method in junior high school football classroom can effectively improve students' football skills.Students have a more solid and standard grasp of various football technical movements,and have a stronger willingness to do physical exercise consciously.(5)Use contract learning method to organize teaching,teachers and students have equal status,mutual respect and harmonious classroom atmosphere,so as to enhance students' internal learning motivation and initiative,and stimulate and cultivate their interest and confidence in sports learning.(6)The contract learning method can enhance the communication between teachers and students and strengthen students' social adaptation and communicative ability.Promoting the formation of students' sense of integrity is of positive significance to further cultivate students' sense of lifelong physical education.
