The rational allocation of educational resources in the compulsory education stage is the basis for the healthy development of the modern education system.For a long time,due to the influence of local input and teachers' willingness,some regions showed a trend of uneven distribution of teacher resources in basic education.In particular,highquality teacher resources show great differences between urban and rural areas and between the same schools.The unreasonable allocation of teacher resources and the irregular allocation of teacher resources in the stage of compulsory education have a negative impact on the high-quality development of compulsory education in China.Therefore,this paper around the Hangzhou A compulsory education stage teacher resources allocation of empirical research,on the one hand,supplement teachers flow and compulsory education resources allocation research,on the other hand to solve the problem of Hangzhou A compulsory education teachers configuration seek effective solutions,and for the rest of the compulsory education teacher configuration problems provide reference.The article study selects Hangzhou A area teacher flow and resource allocation as a case study object,by comparing A area urban and rural teachers,through the questionnaire,analyzes the current situation of Hangzhou A teachers resources allocation,scale analyzes the intention of teachers resource allocation factors,to summarize the deficiencies in the process of Hangzhou A teachers resources allocation,put forward systematic improvement measures.From the comparison of urban and rural teachers in Hangzhou A,the rural teachers are high but the actual level is low,the same degree but the graduation level is different;from the professional title,urban teachers are significantly higher than rural teachers;from the comparison of comprehensive honors,urban teachers get higher honors than rural teachers.The comparison of teacher age structure shows that urban teachers are relatively older;the gender structure of rural teachers is relatively reasonable;with older teachers,longer teaching experience and richer teaching experience.The study shows that:(1)the intention of teacher resource allocation is positively affected by four factors.The main influencing factors of teacher resource allocation in District A of Hangzhou city can be divided into four aspects: Positive relationship between teacher resource allocation intention in District A,They are economic factors(t=3.2941),school management factor(5.3990),teaching factor(t=3.3997),personal factor(t=5.4243);(2)There are three problems in the resource allocation of compulsory education teachers in District A,Hangzhou,The teacher resource allocation policy is not targeted,the mobility attraction of poor rural areas is insufficient,and the standardized resource allocation of compulsory education teachers is insufficient;(3)Put forward three measures to improve the allocation of teacher resources,Improve the policy,direction and guidance of teacher resource allocation;Optimize the guarantee mechanism of teacher resource allocation;We will improve the system and mechanism for allocating teacher resources.
