Study On The Balance Of Compulsory Education Resources Allocation In Datian County

The balanced allocation of compulsory education resources is an important requirement of educational equity and the balance of supply and demand of public goods at a certain stage of socialized production.In recent years,the allocation of compulsory education resources has gradually become a hot topic.In the "two sessions",the differences in the allocation of compulsory education resources,such as teacher differences,urban-rural economic differences,school selection fever,and so on,often become hot topics,and the social concern is very high.Correspondingly,governments at all levels attach great importance to carrying out the responsibility of education management,ensure the increase of educational funds,optimize the allocation of educational resources,and actively promote the balanced development of compulsory education.Datian County,Sanming City,Fujian Province,has effectively promoted the development of compulsory education by actively raising funds.However,due to the weak foundation of compulsory education,there are still many problems in the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources.By analyzing the phenomenon of unbalanced allocation of compulsory education resources in Datian County in the earlier stage,this paper finds out the main problems existing in it: the allocation of inter-school educational resource is unbalanced,the allocation of teachers' resources is unbalanced and the allocation of students' source is also unbalanced.The main causes of the problems in the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources in Datian County are that the difference educational policies between urban and rural areas,the unreasonable allocation mechanism of teachers' resources,and the imperfection of the performance appraisal mechanism of balanced development of compulsory education.Finally,drawing on domestic and foreign literature,according to the relevant theory of public administration,some measures and suggestions are put forward to perfect the balanced allocation of compulsory education in Datian County from many aspects,such as making policies to perfect allocation of compulsory education resources,constructing the balanced excellent teacher teams and improving supervision and evaluation mechanism and so on.The purpose is to make contribution to realize the balanced allocation ofcompulsory education resources in Datian county as soon as possible.
