Research Objectives: Today in the era of network information technology development,with the general practice teaching reform of the present,and affected by the outbreak of the international and domestic outbreak repeatedly,both universities and primary and secondary schools is information-based teaching mode is defined as the current mainstream of teaching mode and use,so in this international environment,and social context,under the drive of Thus the flipped classroom teaching model emerged.Flip the class is based on information technology as the foundation,using video lectures,network and electronic information books as the teaching media,by adjusting the inside and outside the classroom teaching and learning style,learning time will learn the decision from teachers to students,so that the students' learning can be more active and flexible,and participate in the knowledge and skills of learning more.Research methods: this article first USES the literature material law,to turn the classroom learning related theory,research status and development trend of reading and,as a theoretical basis for the research content of the questionnaire design and experimental design,and according to the design content for the basketball to flip the application research of high school physical education teaching experiment class.This study randomly selected from xi 'an high and new no.1 middle school(school)high school second grade 180 students as experimental research object,to turn the basketball class as experiment medium,flipping through basketball class teaching model in the application of high school physical education teaching effect for research purposes,so as to fully understand the flip subject in middle school physical education teaching is feasible.Finally,through basketball teaching experiment,the teaching results of basketball flipped classroom in high school PHYSICAL education were verified and compared,and then mathematical statistics were applied.Thus,the application effect of basketball flipped classroom in high school sports teaching is obtained,which provides a certain reference for the feasibility study of using flipped classroom in middle and primary schools in the future.Results:(1)flip through basketball classroom teaching experiment results analysis shows that the reason is that turn in the basketball class teaching form through self-study before class,class teachers and students interactive cooperation study more deeply,and understanding of basketball knowledge in the classroom teachers to explain time set aside for the students to practice the skills of the students in the classroom more time to practice and communication,The degree of knowledge internalization is deeper,which greatly improves the skill proficiency,and students have a more solid and reliable grasp of each technical link.Therefore,students can learn basketball sports skills more quickly and efficiently in the flipped classroom teaching mode.(2)using high school physical education basketball flip the class teaching is adapt to the current general teaching reform and the reconstruction of the learning process and the teaching idea of "teacher is complementary,students give priority to" as the foundation,take the student as the teaching center,through to the students' interest in learning,autonomous learning ability as well as the interaction between teachers and students cooperation study found after comparing the three aspects,Flipped classroom teaching model is helpful to promote students in basketball autonomous learning and divergent learning.(3)The application of basketball flipped classroom teaching has advantages in improving the basic basketball skills and tactics as well as the basic basketball knowledge and theory of middle school students.Research Conclusions: Through the data analysis of the basketball flipped classroom teaching practice experiment,it can be seen that compared with the traditional PE basketball teaching,the basketball flipped classroom teaching has significant differences in students' learning interest,autonomous learning ability and exploration cooperation ability in basketball(P < 0.05).Flipped classroom is beneficial to improve students' learning interest,autonomous learning ability and teacher-student interaction and cooperative learning ability.
