With the rapid development of information technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the cause of physical education.The traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the current needs of physical education,so it is urgent to explore new teaching mode.In order to better improve the development of high school physical education,the research starts with the flipped classroom teaching mode,and carries out experimental research on the application of flipped classroom in high school basketball teaching,aiming to prove whether flipped classroom can promote students in the following aspects:1.Whether it can stimulate students' interest in basketball;2.Whether it can improve basic basketball skills;3.Whether it can improve students' physical quality?This research mainly uses the methods of experiment,questionnaire and literature,etc.to make a brief summary of the research status of flipped classroom at home and abroad.The flipped classroom teaching mode is applied to the teaching of basketball class in Da'an No.1 middle school,and the experimental design and specific implementation are made.The effect of flipped classroom application in senior high school basketball class is verified by comparing the basketball learning interest,skill level and physical quality level between the control class and the experimental class through the data of pre-test and post test.Finally,the experiment is summarized.Through teaching experiments,the following conclusions are drawn:First,through the teaching experiment,the experimental class students' sports skills,physical quality and sports interest are improved compared with the control class,and the flipped classroom teaching mode shows better teaching effect than the traditional mode.Second,the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in high school basketball teaching improves students' interest in basketball learning and students'love for basketball sports,which creates a good learning environment for high school basketball teaching.Third,the use of flipped classroom teaching mode in high school basketball teaching improves students' interest in basketball learning,makes students consciously invest in basketball in their spare time,increases students' daily awareness of physical exercise,and better enhances students' physical ability.Fourthly,the implementation of flipped classroom in senior high school physical education conforms to the development characteristics of senior high school students,conforms to the education thought of cultivating sports interest in senior high school and has the support of new technology.Therefore,it is feasible to implement flipping.Fifthly,there are still some problems in the experiment teaching of high school basketball through flipped classroom,including:Students' ability of independent learning is not enough,teachers and students' reflection after class is not enough,and teachers' personal ability and professional quality need to be further improved.
