The reform of education and teaching and the informatization of education are the key points in the development of education in China.Turning the classroom as a new form of teaching derived from the information age is in line with the new requirements of the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities in China.However,the flipping classroom teaching model is still in the promotion in China.And the exploration stage of use,especially in college physical education,is clearly behind other disciplines.Therefore,this study uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method,through the combination of the flip classroom teaching mode in the college basketball public teaching class,through a certain experimental cycle of teaching experiments,to explore the flip classroom teaching mode,In the basketball public class,whether it has a positive influence on students’ learning and mastering basketball skill level,sports learning interest,sports self-learning ability and physical quality,and comparative analysis with traditional physical education teaching effect,providing education and teaching reform and innovation reference.Through the 12-week total of 24 hours of teaching experiments,the results of the experimental data before and after the experiment were collated and analyzed to arrive at the following conclusions.1.Combining the flipping classroom teaching mode with the public basketball class in colleges and universities found that the physical quality level of the two classes of students improved after the experiment,which effectively improved the speed of the students running 50 meters,but the experimental class compared with the control class.In the experimental class combined with the flipping classroom teaching mode,the effect is more significant.2.After the experiment,the two-class students’ positioning shooting technique and the whole-field round-trip dribble technique were tested.The test data showed that the two basketball technical test scores of the experimental class students were significantly better than the control class,so the display was fully displayed.The basketball class in theclassroom teaching mode is more effective in improving the effect of basketball technology learning.3.In the aspect of students’ interest in physical education,after combining the flipping classroom teaching mode,the experimental class students have significant improvement in sports learning interest,including the change of negative interest,the improvement of learning enthusiasm,the skill level of participation and the level of hobbies.Enhancements,as well as an increase in sports attention.4.In terms of students’ self-learning ability in sports,after combining the flipping classroom teaching mode,in addition to the physical learning environment dimension,the experimental class students have a significant improvement in the ability of independent learning of sports,mainly including the enhancement of the motivation of sports learning.In the process of sports learning,the enhancement of subjective initiative and the enhancement of the self-learning ability of the learning result dimension,the college public basketball class combined with the classroom teaching mode can effectively improve students’ ability of independent learning of sports.
