The rapid development of science and technology and the emergence of the Internet have greatly changed the way people live,work and study.The arrival of the "Internet plus" era has prompted the Ministry of Education,local education bureaus and schools to promote education informatization.The "National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Outline" points out the requirement to fully utilize information means to serve teaching and promote the development of students’ abilities in various aspects.On the other hand,the current physical health status of adolescents in China is not optimistic,with students generally experiencing low levels of physical health,weak interest in learning,and a decline in autonomous learning abilities.The existence of these phenomena makes physical education reform inevitable.With the development trend of information technology,the new teaching model of "flipped classroom" has also entered the vision of educators in China.The flipped classroom teaching model originated from the highly developed network education information technology,using the three links of pre class,during class,and after class to promote students’ internalization and absorption of knowledge and skills.It uses the Internet platform as its communication medium,information intelligent devices as its technical support,and group learning as its organizational form,and is a new teaching model.This article mainly uses the methods of questionnaire,experiment,and literature to elaborate the relevant theories of flipped classroom,and designs the teaching content based on the teaching of technical movements in basketball courses.According to the designed teaching content,a teaching comparative experiment is conducted.The experimental object is students from Grade 3 of Changsha Changjun Banmahu Middle School,with We-Chat client as the teaching platform,and basic basketball technology teaching as the teaching content,Taking the application effects of flipped classroom teaching mode on multiple indicators in the three dimensions of physiological,psychological,and social adaptability of experimental subjects as the research object,the teaching effects of experimental classes under flipped classroom teaching mode and control classes under traditional teaching mode in basketball course teaching experiments were verified and compared,and the following research conclusions were drawn:1.In terms of physiological dimension indicators,the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode on the improvement of physical fitness and ability of experimental subjects is limited.In terms of physical fitness testing indicators,the P value measured by the two groups of students after the experiment in the standing long jump event is 0.047,showing a significant difference,while the difference in experimental results in other events is not significant(P>0.05),Therefore,the impact of flipped classroom teaching mode on students’ physical fitness and ability needs further research;In terms of the results of basketball sports skills after the experiment,the P value measured by the two groups of students in the one-handed underhand shooting project between the two groups after the experiment was 0.087,with a significant difference,while the test results of the other projects were not significantly different,indicating that the introduction of the flipped classroom teaching model in basketball technology teaching is conducive to the mastery of students’ sports skills;In the written test results of experimental basketball theoretical knowledge,the significant P value of the two groups of students is 0.021,indicating a significant difference.The average score of the experimental class is 12.11 points higher than that of the control class,indicating that the flipped classroom teaching mode is more conducive to students’ internalization of basic basketball theoretical knowledge.2.On the psychological dimension index,based on the psychological dimension related index design questionnaire,for all the subjects,the comparison between the difference between the index data,data analysis results all significant difference(P <0.05),that the flipped classroom teaching mode introduced junior high school basketball teaching to students ’psychological dimension of learning interest,learning attitude and autonomous learning ability index improved significantly,is beneficial to promote the development of students’ mental health.3.On the social adaptation dimension,through the social adaptation dimension questionnaire indicators related questions score statistical analysis found that compared with the traditional conventional teaching mode,based on flipped classroom teaching mode of experimental class students in cooperative learning ability,interpersonal skills and classroom participation index difference(P <0.05),flipped classroom teaching mode is more helpful to promote the unity and cooperation between students,establish friendly interpersonal relationship,more actively involved in the study of sports skills,promote students’ society to adapt to the healthy development.
