Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Labor View In The New Era

Labor creates history,and labor writes the future.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that "all happiness in the world is created by hard work." College students in the new era are the backbone force to promote social development,leading them to establish a scientific view of labor not only has a positive impact on the overall development of individuals,but also is conducive to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,influenced by various social trends of thought at home and abroad,Chinese college students have not formed a scientific view of labor on the whole.Some college students have been affected by the infiltration of wrong labor ideas such as "mental labor is better than physical labor" and "learning and being an official",and they have unscientific interpretation of labor in ideological understanding,which will affect their labor behavior to a great extent.Topic of this article in view of the new era of college students work to foster research,aims to help young college students to form correct view on labor,in the process of cultivating and guide allow them to take an active part in social practice activities,thus improving labor ability and level,in the realization of the second goal of the one hundred-year history,in the process of creating a meaningful life.This paper mainly studies from the following four aspects:The first part focuses on the purpose and significance of this topic,explains the writing background of the article,systematically combs and summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of labor,explains the research methods of this paper,expounds the innovation of the article,and makes the writing of the article more organized and based.The second part summarizes the theories related to the cultivation of college students’ labor view in the new era.Starting from the etymological explanation related to the cultivation of labor view,this paper tries to clarify the concept of labor,labor view and the cultivation of college students’ labor view in the new era,so as to facilitate the smooth development of the research.On the basis of this,it also clarifies that the cultivation of college students’ labor view in the new era should be based on marxist classical writers,Chinese Communists,Excellent Traditional Chinese culture,and labor thought in the western society,so that the research of this paper is more scientific and persuasive.The third part studies on the related data and questionnaire survey,in many colleges and universities in new era,analyzing the present situation and problems of college students’ concept of labor that the new era of college students’ view on labor overall positive,to be able to correct cognition of labor value,carry forward the positive spirit of labor,the emotional attitude and form love labor and advocate the ideology of Labour.However,some college students have problems such as one-sided labor cognition,utilitarian labor value orientation,weakening labor habits and low degree of recognition to ordinary workers.And emphatically from individual,family,school,society four dimensions to explore the cause.The fourth part puts forward the effective countermeasures of cultivating college students’ labor view in the new era.First of all,colleges and universities should play a core role in the cultivation of college students’ view of labor,constantly enrich the relevant cultivation methods,and rationally use the network platform to improve the cultivation effect.Secondly,mass media should be used to publicize the spirit of model workers,give play to the leading role of model workers,and create a glorious social atmosphere of work.Thirdly,we should integrate the cultivation of labor concept into family education,so that students can form a correct labor consciousness.Finally,students should take the initiative to participate in labor practice activities,and constantly improve the ability and level of creative labor.
