The ideological and political course in senior high school is an activity-based course that implements the fundamental task of morality and cultivating people,to adheres to the combination of education,production,labor,and social practice,to helps students improve their social adaptability and participation ability,and to improves the core literacy of the discipline.Its curriculum is based on cultivating students’ core literacy,and has a distinct practical and contemporary nature,which builds a bridge between political teaching and social life.The life-oriented teaching highlights the main body status of students,and leads students to actively participate in social practice based on life experience.Therefore,the application of life-oriented teaching in the ideological and political course of senior high school can combine the discipline theory with the reality of life,make learning life-oriented,let students understand life in the course,effectively help students gradually form correct values and form the necessary character and key ability to adapt to the society.To effectively improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,and to implement the core literacy of the subject,life-oriented teaching must be integrated into the course teaching.Based on the research of other scholars,from the perspective of the core literacy of ideological and political subjects,this paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and observation method to study the life-oriented teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.The first part of this paper defines the concepts of "core literacy of ideological and political subjects" and "life-oriented teaching",and analyzes the internal connection between core literacy and life-oriented teaching of political courses.The second part is the theoretical basis and practical significance of the life-oriented teaching of high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of core literacy.The theoretical basis includes Marxist humanism and epistemology,Dewey and Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory,and constructivism theory.On the basis of theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the practical significance and application value of implementing life-oriented teaching in ideological and political courses in senior high schools,including realizing the fundamental tasks of the course,improving the effect of classroom teaching,and promoting the growth of students.The third part of the article,through the analysis of the data statistics of the student questionnaires and the teacher interviews,combined with the different perspectives of teachers and students,to understand the problems and causes in the life-oriented political teaching aiming at cultivating core literacy.It is as follows: emphasis on teachers rather than students,ignoring the subject of learning;emphasis on theory rather than practice,ignoring social participation;emphasis on grades rather than literacy,ignoring ability improvement;emphasis on form rather than content,ignoring life experience.On the basis of completing the problem analysis,the fourth part puts forward the path to effectively improve the effect of life-oriented teaching.It should change the teaching concept and return to the main body of students;enter the students’ life and implement the core literacy;innovate the evaluation method and consolidate the life-oriented teaching.teaching results.The fifth chapter is the last part of this paper,taking the specific one hour of compulsory ideological and political course two in senior high school as an example,to carry out the teaching design of life-oriented teaching.
