Today,the field of basic education is in a period when curriculum reform and examination and enrollment system reform go hand in hand.In this context,the new college entrance examination reform will definitely have a significant impact on daily teaching,evaluation and students' learning.As an extremely important selection test,the college entrance examination plays a pivotal role in "serving talent selection".Under the new college entrance examination policy,the requirements for students will be further improved,and these changes will also be directly reflected in the college entrance examination questions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the biology test questions and summarize the trend of propositions to give full play to the value of the college entrance examination questions and guide teaching practice.This paper adopts the methods of literature data and statistical analysis.The author learned the specific application of SOLO theory in practice by consulting the relevant literature about SOLO,and understood the effective method of analyzing the test questions.On the basis of the assessment table for the analysis of test questions and the subjects of the college entrance examination biology examination,the author analyzed the biology college entrance examination questions in Shandong Province and Tianjin City from2018 to 2021,and summarized the characteristics of the test questions,analyzed the reasons for the changes in the characteristics of the test questions,and give the actual advise on teaching,learning and the development of daily grading standards.The results of test analysis show that after the new college entrance examination,the proportion of unistructural and multistructural questions of biological college entrance examination in Shandong Province and Tianjin decreased,the proportion of relational questions increased significantly,while the extended questions remained relatively stable.In the biology test questions of Shandong college entrance examination,the distribution of questions at all SOLO levels in different knowledge topics is more concentrated and has strong regularity,especially the relational questions and extended questions with high thinking level appear in the important and difficult contents.The biology test questions of Tianjin college entrance examination are reflected in both the important and difficult contents and the knowledge topics with low examination requirements.According to the analysis of the examination questions,the following conclusions can be drawn :(1)After the new college entrance examination reform,the biology examination questions in Shandong province and Tianjin pay more attention to the examination of the students' ability to use knowledge to solve problems,which is mainly reflected in the decrease of unistructural and multistructural questions,and the increase of relational questions.(2)The different emphasis of biology examination in the college entrance examination reflects the difference in the selection of college entrance examination between the two places.The biology examination of Shandong province college entrance examination focuses more on comprehensive and extensive problems and is more selective for students with stronger ability.Biology examination questions in Tianjin college entrance examination involve knowledge topics more scattered and comprehensive,and pay more attention to the comprehensive examination of knowledge.(3)Biology tests in Shandong province and Tianjin reflect the curriculum concept of "focusing on big concepts".Although the two provinces have their own characteristics,they both focus on the examination of the core concepts of biology in terms of knowledge content,which is conducive to the construction of knowledge structure and the cultivation of core literacy.According to the characteristics of the test questions,several specific suggestions are put forward: Teachers can infiltrate SOLO theory into the whole process of teaching and design question strings based on SOLO theory;Using SOLO theory to conduct formative evaluation;Teaching according to the characteristics of different regions;In daily learning,students should change learning methods,construct knowledge system,ask why more,grasp the essence of knowledge,and transfer knowledge actively.SOLO theory is applied to the formulation of scoring standards,and qualitative evaluation is combined with quantitative evaluation.
