SOLO classification theory focuses on the ability, which is performed by students when they are solving a certain specific problem and thinking operation level. It has strong maneuverability, which is widely used in subject teaching, evaluation and so on. The university entrance exam is the most important entrance exam for Chinese universities and has significant meanings to the research of university entrance test. In this essay, it will divide physical exam into 4 levels of exam with the help of theory of SOLO classification method based on abilities of solving problems and thinking operation level, which are prestructural, multistructural, relational and extended abstract structural. The four level of tests require that both operation ability and level of thinking operation should be transmitted into layers, which is from low to high and the level of thinking operation is from simple to complex separately.This essay mainly adopts literature research, combining the theory of SOLO classification studies a large number of physical examinations and also forms and summary describes the four SOLO levels of physical examinations to the corresponding ability requirements and thinking operation level. On this basis, this paper analyzed college entrance physics examinations from 2013 to 2015. And the whole test was made to SOLO classification, which was divided into horizontal and vertical statistical analysis. Statistics show that the structure of recent 3-year physic college entrance examinations are stable, and stability of the structure roll changes in the ability, which relational level exam was always regarded as the main body, multistructural level exam was taken up the important position, unistructural level exam had rarely been seen, and extended abstract structural level exam focused on the current direction, and also the overall difficulty of the examination paper declined; Recent 3-year college physic entrance examinations values the ability examinations of analytical reasoning, integration, innovation and migration ability, and the deductive and inductive were paid more and more attention, but the extended abstract structural level exam needed to pay more attention.
