With the implementation of the 2017 Geography Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(revised in 2020)and the proposal of the core quality of geography,the state pays more and more attention to the cultivation of practical talents,requirements of the new standard of the cultivation curriculum practical aptitude for geography and the need for geography basic literacy in high school.In this paper,the practice teaching case design based on the cultivation of geographical practice ability is the research object,and the teaching contents of the first volume of compulsory geography practice ability in Senior High School People's Education Edition are classified and sorted out.Fifteen typical cases are selected from the collected geographical practice teaching cases as research materials,and the methods of action research,literature analysis,case analysis and on-the-spot investigation are used to design practice teaching cases,which can provide reference for the use of teaching materials to cultivate students,and at the same time,strengthen educators' attention to high school geographical practice teaching and cultivate students' geographical practice ability.This paper draws the following research conclusions:Firstly,Through a large number of literature reading research and detailed analysis of 15 cases,including 4 revelations through literature case analysis.Secondly,through the analysis of the requirements of teaching contents in the curriculum standards and the content of teaching materials,two practical teaching designs are designed,namely,Investigation of Vegetation in Menggehan Mountain,Experimental Exploration of Water Cycle and Investigation of Campus Water Cycle.Thirdly,by analyzing other people's cases,drawing on the advantages and summing up the disadvantages,the author designed his own practical teaching case of the first required volume of geography in senior high school,and implemented the test,and summed up three teaching design strategies to cultivate the practical ability of geography:(1)paying attention to creating situations and stimulating students' interest.(2)Pay attention to students' subjective role.(3)Try the combination of various practical ways.
