With the continual promotion of the unique development of the char acteristic socialist law-abiding practice of China in the new time and the integ ration of the University civil politics division,strengthening the link between education and the rule of law has become an urgent requirement in order to re spond to the evolving times.The junior high school "morality and rule of law" course and the senior high school "ideology and politics" course are responsib le for the main task of cultivating a new era of nationals with a sense of the rul e of law.The integrated construction of rule of law education content must pa y attention to the interconnection between junior high and high school,and be implemented and completed through daily practical teaching.Therefore,this p aper takes the teaching interface between junior and senior high school Civics and Political Science courses on rule of law education as the theme,and throu gh empirical investigation and textual combing,the text attempts to present an effective strategy for combining social and political science education from th e angle of legal education.The teaching interface of rule of law education in j unior and senior high school Civics and Political Science classes is based on t he important components of junior and senior high school Civics and Political Science classes,horizontal coherence and Spiral upward.Strengthening civil political and legal education in primary and secondary schools is a necessary measure to improve the legal education system and improve the legal quality o f primary and secondary school students.Strengthen the legal integration and l egal effectiveness of primary and secondary schools and higher education.Th e objectives and contents of junior and senior high school rule of law educatio n courses are progressive,the stages are connected.To promote the implement ation of rule of law education in junior and senior high school Civics and Polit ical Science classes in teaching practice,we should strengthen the respective a rticulation from the whole teaching process,It includes: clarification of the ob jectives of the curriculum,guiding objectives for science teaching principles,combining existing teaching materials and developing selective education,im proving teaching materials and teaching methods,reasonably sorting team tea ching materials,setting goals,innovating teaching methods,improving the fea sibility of teaching methods;to integrate and share teaching resources,optimiz e the teaching environment,and provide good human and material conditions for the articulation of rule of law education teaching in junior and senior high schools.In addition,in order to increase the guiding significance of this study for practical teaching,the author selected the course "Government by law" fro m politics and rule of Law in senior high school to display and analyze the tea ching design,hoping to bring some reference to the practical teaching of rule of law education in junior and senior high schools.
