The rapid development of society makes people face more and more stress,and the stress of the teachers who are responsible for educating the next generation is more obvious.Especially under the environment of the examination-oriented education,senior three teachers in middle schools are under greater stress.The heavy burden has not only damaged teachers' physical and mental health,but also affected the smooth progress of school teaching and the students' development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes of occupational stress of senior three teachers.In this paper,the relevant concepts of teachers' occupational stress are sorted out and defined by literature analysis.Taking senior three teachers in middle schools in L City,Guangdong Province as the research subject,the author has conducted a questionnaire and an interview to investigate the current situation of occupational stress on the research subjects.The investigation found that the sources of occupational stress of senior three teachers are complex and diversified,including individual factors such as teachers' self-expectation and degree of specialization,as well as environmental factors such as social requirements,school management,family burden and student problems.They interacted with and influence each other,and thus form the most important source of senior three teachers' stress.Combined with the specific analysis and discussion of occupational stress of senior three teachers,the author finally put forward the strategies to relieve the occupational stress of senior three teachers: Firstly,the society should show reasonable expectations to teachers,and at the same time,it should evaluate teachers correctly and further improve their social and economic status.Secondly,schools should cooperate with the construction of humanities,create positive and harmonious teacher interpersonal relationships,constantly improve and build a reasonable school management system,and strive to establish a scientific system in the evaluation of education and teaching.Thirdly,teachers themselves should not only continuously improve the professional quality,but also have a certain correct understanding of occupational stress,and actively reduce stress for themselves.Fourthly,the family need to give positive cooperation and full understanding to jointly create a harmonious and happy family environment.Through the efforts of school,society,teachers themselves,family and so on,the occupational stress of senior three teachers are hoped to reduce,making their teaching work more excellent and building a good campus learning atmosphere.
