According to the World Immigration Report, the current global immigration scale has reached 244 million, accounting for 3.3% of the global population, equivalent to one international immigrant per 30 people, and developing countries are the mainstay of international labor mobility.China's labor force accounts for about 20% of the world's total, while the international labor market share is only about 2%.The cross-border flow of China's labor force needs to be improved.Studying the situation of Chinese rural laborers going abroad and the influencing factors will not only help ease the employment pressure in China's labor market, increase the income level of laborers going abroad, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, but also help adjust the domestic economic structure and achieve China's "going out" strategy. This article focuses on the data of Liaoning Weisheng Entry and Exit Service corporation.Firstly, the author analyzes the individual characteristics of rural labor force and the situation of going abroad. The results show that the Japanese and Korean farmers in Liaoning Province are mainly male,middle-aged and married.Their education level is mostly secondary school, usually a family of three with one child.Among the nine cities surveyed in Liaoning Province,Dandong and Dalian have the largest number of people working abroad, and the rest of the cities are less distributed.More rural labor force go to work in Japan than rural labor force who go to work in Korea. They spend less time abroad to work, mainly for one year, and work as waiters and chefs.Their annual income ranges from 100,000 to 150,000.In addition, rural labor force in Japan and South Korea hope to live and work abroad for a long time, and their willingness to return to the country is weak.Secondly, the interaction between the individual characteristics of rural labor force and the situation of rural labor force abroad is analyzed. It is found that there are differences in the time of going abroad, country of work, place of work, type of work, income and future decision-making of famous farm laborers from Liaoning Province to Japan and Korea with different gender, age, place of origin and educational level.Thirdly, the Logit regression model and OLS regression model are constructed to analyze the influencing factors of rural labor force' national choice and income. The study finds that the main factors influencing rural labor force' national choice in Japan and Korea are gender, marital status and native place.Compared with women, men are less likely to go to Korea and more likely to go to Japan;married workers are more likely to go to Korea than unmarried workers;and rural labor force of different native place have different choices for migrant countries. The main factors influencing the income of rural labor force in Japan and South Korea are gender, years of education, total number of families, total number of children, time to go abroad, type of work and work place.Men,chefs, breeders, auto parts workers and rural labor force in Tokyo,Japan and Seoul,South Korea have higher incomes;rural labor force have higher incomes;with the increase of total number of families, children and time to go abroad, the income of rural labor force to Japan and South Korea is higher. Finally, based on the conclusions of the study and the current situation of rural labor force in Japan and Korea, some policy suggestions are put forward to promote rural labor force abroad.
