With the development of the basic education and the cultivation of students' core quality,the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,which requires not only strong learning ability,but also strong comprehensive application ability and practical operation ability."Ordinary high school biology curriculum standard" requires that the teaching content and attention should be integrated with social life,and students' ability to solve problems with the knowledge they have learned should be cultivated.Biology is a subject originated from life and based on experiment.Biology Mini experiment combines the reality of social life with experiment.It has the advantages of simple materials,simple steps,obvious phenomenon and certain interest,which can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm.Its intuitive phenomenon can make students understand abstract knowledge vividly and vividly.In a proper way,teachers can effectively integrate Mini experiment into the classroom.As a teaching method,it can enrich teachers' teaching methods and improve teaching efficiency.Based on the existing research results,firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of biological mini experiment on the basis of life-based teaching in senior high school through literature research.Secondly,it combs and analyzes the contents of mini experiments in high school biology textbooks published by PEP,selects 20 Mini experiments,optimizes them according to the learning situation,and then selects some mini experiments to be verified by teaching cases.Finally,the effectiveness of practical teaching is tested by students' feedback in class,students' evaluation after class and teachers' evaluation after class.On this basis,this paper discusses the design of life oriented biology Mini experiment and the strategies and suggestions of its application in teaching,and draws relevant conclusions,so as to provide some reference for front-line teachers in biology Mini experiment teaching.Teaching practice shows that the application of high school biology Mini experiment can stimulate and improve students' interest and enthusiasm in learning,greatly enhance students' learning autonomy,help students deeply understand and use knowledge,and have a favorable impact on cultivating students' comprehensive ability and practical operation ability.The development and application of biology Mini experiment in senior high school improves the carrying out experiment rate and enriches the experimental teaching resources.However,there are also some problems in the development,such as limited experimental funds,lack of teachers and difficulties in the development of teaching resources.In order to better carry out high school biology Mini experiment,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,schools should increase the investment of relevant funds to develop teaching resources;Second,we should strengthen the construction of teachers and improve their professional skills;Third,the establishment of high school biology Mini experiment teaching resources,to provide a reference for front-line teachers.
