The life of biological experiment teaching is to combine experiment with life and explain some phenomena in life by using scientific knowledge of experiment.The implementation of biological experiment teaching can arouse students' enthusiasm for learning,increase the opportunity for students to do experiments,improve students' ability to use scientific knowledge to solve practical problems,and also help teachers' own professional development.The common problems in biological experiments have been: fewer experiments can be done in teaching materials,low students' hands-on,some biological experiments are boring,single,students' learning interest is low,biological experiment course is disconnected with real life,and the knowledge acquired in the experiment course is in real life and is useless.The research significance of biological experiment teaching is to improve the teaching status of biological experiment from two aspects: first,the living of experimental teaching content,and the two is the life of experimental teaching strategy.The life of experimental teaching is to verify the biological phenomena in the laboratory by using the scientific knowledge in the laboratory;the living of the experimental teaching strategy is to verify the biological knowledge in the life by the biological knowledge learned from the laboratory.Combining biological experiment with real life can solve the problems in the teaching process of biological experiment to a certain extent,and enable students to realize that learning biological experiment is for better life.By taking advantage of the opportunity of teaching practice in ordinary high school,2 improvement experiments,2 questionnaires and 1 interviews with students were carried out in the first and second school years.The contents of the improved experiment teaching are "verifying the surface tension of water and the polarity of water" and "the water polarity".In the experimental class,it can feel the state of the students and the speed of reaction to the new knowledge.The first questionnaire mainly investigated the degree of students' interest in biological experiments,whether they noticed biological knowledge in life,and the degree of teachers' application of life in experimental teaching.The second questionnaire survey was mainly about the students' thoughts of living with biological experiment teaching,such as the degree of interest in life,the improvement of life teaching and the degree of help to the learning biology.Finally,sample interviews were conducted among students,so that they could talk about the experience and suggestions for the life of experimental teaching.According to the data of this survey,the results of the study are as follows: the life of biological experiment teaching can effectively arouse the students' interest in learning biological experiments,improve the frequency of students' hands-on experiment and improve the learning efficiency effectively.Through the improvement of living experiments,students will be more concerned about the biological phenomena in life,can be used in learning,and improve the students' humanistic spirit and social concern.
