Teachers are the foundation and source of education.Based on Xi Jinping's important exposition on the "six wants" and "eight reunification" of the teachers in the ideological and political course of the school,and taking the basic composition of the teaching quality of the high school ideological and political teachers as the analytical framework,this paper systematically analyzes the problems faced by the ideological and political teachers in the new era,and the main strategies adopted.This paper argues that teachers' teaching literacy is mainly composed of teachers' ability to understand teaching materials,teachers' ability to organize classroom,teachers' ability to explore and innovate teaching methods,and teachers' ability to cultivate personality and political orientation in the process of education.Therefore,the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era must be strictly required in theory,feelings,thinking,vision,self-discipline,personality and other aspects,and the education authorities at all levels should also create better conditions for the improvement of the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research on the teaching literacy of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era,expounds the definition of teaching literacy,combs the research status at home and abroad,and points out the significance of the research;In Chapter 2,according to the definition of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching literacy in the new era,the basic components of high school ideological and political teachers' teaching literacy in the new era are divided into four parts: Teachers' ability to understand and comprehend textbooks,teachers' ability to organize classes,teachers' ability to innovate teaching methods,and teachers' ability to guide politics;In the third chapter,the author deeply analyzes the problems faced by senior high school ideological and political teachers in four aspects: theoretical study,knowledge structure,teaching method innovation and emotional cultivation;The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies for the four aspects of the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era in Chapter 3;In Chapter 5,the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era is integrated into the teaching design,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.This paper investigates the current situation of some subjective wishes and objective environment of the improvement of the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era by means of questionnaire.It is believed that since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers has been greatly improved,and the courage to publicize Marxism and spread positive energy in the classroom is greater,the confidence is more sufficient,and the voice is more loud.But on the other hand,the era of Marxism puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political teachers' theoretical literacy;The trend of interdisciplinary development requires contemporary ideological and political teachers to have a compound knowledge structure;The modernization of teaching ideas and means makes the innovation of teaching methods face multiple challenges such as personalization,networking and virtualization.Therefore,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the teaching quality of high school ideological and political teachers in the new era,such as theoretical study,vision expansion,teaching method innovation,character cultivation and so on Situational teaching,case teaching and other teaching methods,as well as attaches great importance to their own personality cultivation,planting family and country feelings.
