Research objectives:With the development and reform of the sports training discipline system,in order to promote the further improvement of the training methods of high school physical education students.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the function of various parts of the body of high school physical education students through FMS screening test,check the limited and asymmetrical situation of movement in terms of physical flexibility,diagnose the physical function problems of high school sports students in a targeted manner,find out the imbalance between the left and right muscles,help correct students' wrong movements through scientific functional training methods,improve the basic movement patterns of high school sports students,accurately find out the weak links in the body power chain,and design a scientific and reasonable functional training program.Effectively prevent the recurrence of wrong movements of high school physical education students,improve sports performance,and provide an effective reference for improving the training effect of high school physical education students.Research Methods: This paper uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,with 40 boys in grade 2 of Qingxin District,Qingyuan city as the experimental subjects.In 1 week before the experiment for all subjects FMS action screening and three basic quality test,in strict accordance with the design scheme for8 weeks functional training,experimental group using functional training,control group using conventional training scheme,in week 10 again test FMS action screening and three basic quality,analyze the difference between the data,and compare the experiment based on FMS can improve the training effect of high school sports students.Results:1)According to the score of the pre-experimental functional action screening test,more than 70% of the students in the experimental group and the control group had problems such as imbalance between the left and right muscles,unstable core strength and poor joint flexibility.2)Through 8 weeks of functional training,the results of the experimental group of 100 meters,standing triple jump and pushing the shot put in situ were 12.2+0±0.33,8.40±0.42,8.78±0.73,and the control group was 12.46±0.33,8.10±0.46,8.31±0.86,indicating that the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group's sports performance.3)Through 8 weeks of functional training,the FMS score of the experimental group was very significantly different from that of the control group(P?0.01).Among them,the average scores of the over-the-top squat,straight lunge squat,hurdle step,rotational stability,shoulder flexibility,active straight knee leg lift and torso stability push-up tests in the experimental group were 2.40,2.95,2.60,2.75,2.92,2.90,2.90 and 2.90,respectively,while the control group was 2.15,2.75,2.25,2.47,2.75,2.58 and 2.60,respectively,and the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group FMS.Conclusion of the study:1)Using functional training or routine training,the sports performance and FMS score of both groups have improved to a certain extent,but the experimental group has improved more significantly than the control group.2)FMS helps to find weak links in the body of high school sports students,easy to assess the students' physical function level,and correct the wrong movements of high school sports students in a timely manner.3)The application of functional training to the training of high school sports students can make up for the lack of routine training content,realize the application of functional training methods and means in practice,achieve better training results,and improve the sports performance.
