Objective:Because of its unique training methods and methods,functional training is now widely used in the field of competitive sport,which has a positive impact on the improvement of athletes’ technical level.Moreover,functional training is also of great help in the fields of sports rehabilitation and sports training.However,there are few studies on the combination of functional training and School Physical Education.Therefore,this study finds the weakness,imbalance,asymmetry and limitation of college students’ body movements through functional movement screening,according to the problems in the screening,we should carry out the targeted training program to make up for the defects and deficiencies in the course of sports,so as to reduce the risk of injury in the course of sports,the test results can not only help teachers or coaches to understand the students’ physical condition,but also modify the teaching plan in time to improve the teaching quality.Research objects and methods:In this study,using a variety of methods such as data statistics,literature and other materials,the research focus on the track and field class of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,the class of college students as research objects,twenty-two students from the class were divided into two groups(experimental group and Control Group).Before the experiment,two tests were carried out on the members of the two groups,the training program was designed for 10 weeks with two classes per week,while the Control Group was given conventional instruction for 10 weeks.After a period of experiment,the two groups of students were tested again,and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 to find out the difference of the data before and after the experiment.Results:1,after 10 weeks of physical functional training(including 1-2 learning stage,3-6weeks of improvement stage,7-10 weeks of consolidation stage)after the experiment,the experimental group control group functional action screening 7 test indicators were improved,after T testing,the results of the experimental group significant differences(P<05),control group significant differences(P>0.05).In terms of basic motor ability,there were no significant differences between college students in the experimental group except for flexibility before and after the flexible experiment,and the speed,strength,explosive force and endurance quality improved significantly after physical functional training(P<0.05);2.On the whole,the functional training carried out in this experiment is helpful to improve the basic sports ability of college students,and the change is more remarkable in this respect,it can play an active role in training students’ sports interest,enhancing their sports ability and avoiding sports injury. |
