In recent years,Chinese curriculum reform advocates the learning concept of "autonomy,exploration and cooperation",focusing on the guidance of learning objectives and the experience of learning process.Speech teaching unit in Junior 2 of the unified textbook should follow the trend of Chinese teaching reform and highlight the connection between learning and core literacy.At present,there are some disadvantages in speech teaching,such as the separation of classroom learning and inquiry activities,students' passive speech and so on.Speech teaching based on project-based learning can promote the real occurrence of learning,improve the practical situation in teaching,and cultivate students' speech ability.Combined with the compilation and selection of teaching materials and teaching situation,this paper puts forward the implementation strategies of speech teaching in Grade 8 based on project-based learning,which are situational method,learning support method and cooperative inquiry method.The research shows that,compared with the traditional activity inquiry model,project-based learning has obvious advantages: first,it reconstruc ts the unit curriculum with project-based learning,which broadens the scope of textbook compilation;second,it turns from local inquiry to integrated inquiry,which makes the speech teaching model more systematic;third,it designs driving problems in re al situations The fourth is to cultivate students' learning literacy in classroom practice through independent,cooperative and inquiry learning mode;the fifth is to change from single evaluation to multiple evaluation to enrich the evaluation form of spe ech teaching.This paper reflects on the problems existing in the practical research,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further research.
