"The outline of basic education curriculum reform(Trial)" clearly pointed out in the present situation of curriculum implementation is rote learning and receptive learning,should advocate students'active participation,willing to explore,exchange,cooperation and cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems.The current trend is the basic education "to teach as the center" to "learning centered" development,not only pay attention to students' knowledge and skills,and encourage teachers to attach great importance to the cultivation of innovation ability and problem solving ability of students.In the first grade English Teaching in teaching try to use the flip classroom project based learning,we can explore the reform and innovation of English classroom teaching based on the one hand,on the other hand,to cultivate students' ability to solve problems,to enable students to develop independent learning,inquiry learning and cooperative learning habits.This paper adopts the classroom observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and action research method,investigated Yinchuan a high school junior middle school English teaching situation and problems for some students,no interest in learning English in class with no progress,try to use project learning teaching model based on the flipped classroom.First,through literature research,Delphi interview,establish and revise a project learning model based on the flipped classroom teaching;secondly,to carry out the analysis of the situation,analysis of teaching materials,teaching design projects;thirdly,according to the design project,design the project learning flipped classroom based development projects are required to study the micro video,carry out and implement the teaching;finally,by using the method of experiment,evaluation of flipped classroom teaching effect based on project learning.Research shows that project learning flipped classroom teaching mode based on help to mobilize students' enthusiasm in learning English and improve their English learning interest;help to cultivate students' autonomous learning,inquiry learning and cooperative learning habits and make reasonable arrangements for the habit of learning tasks;help to improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems.The interaction between teachers and students;students increased significantly.The research also shows that the implementation in the first grade of flipped classroom project based learning has its limitations:first,students' autonomous ability is poor,students cannot choose the learning content and learning progress;secondly,put forward higher requirements for all aspects of the model ability of teachers,teachers should not only have a certain amount of information the technical ability,and requires teachers to communicate truly student-centered,and the equality of students to communicate to solve their problems;finally,because the students first contact the practice mode,inquiry ability should be improved,so the completion of the project is difficult for some students.To solve the above problems,research shows that:(1)teachers should design reasonable evaluation measures,urge students to actively participate in project learning;(2)teachers design vivid short micro video,to stimulate students' interest in learning;(3)the project design from easy to difficult,step by step;(4)give full play to the leading role of small group leader;(5)build unobstructed information learning environment.
