| With the development of globalization and informatization in the world,information technology has brought influence to many different industries.According to this background,traditional education has been impacted.Examination-oriented education has been unable to adapt to the current social needs.Therefore,Chinese education is constantly reformed.And begin to focus on organizing teaching based on students’ needs and experience.Project-based learning has won the favor of many primary and secondary school teachers because of its specialty——learning by doing.Project-based learning has a history of more than ten years in China.For many developed cities,the development of project-based learning is relatively mature.However,for City Y,project-based learning has not yet been popularized.Only a few schools with advanced educational concepts are willing to try it.The H elementary school is one of them.Through the research,the author feels the enthusiasm of teachers for project-based learning.However,due to the lack of professional guidance and sufficient teaching resources,there are still many mistakes in the understanding,design and implementation of project-based learning by many teachers.In order to improve the situation that teachers are lack of guidance,this study first proposed a set of project-based learning models for novice teachers,which are suitable for lower grades students in elementary school through literature research.And using this model,combined with the actual problem of "class distribution",a specific project-based learning design was carried out,and a six-week teaching practice was developed in the H elementary school.During the research process,the author has continuously obtained project feedback through questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation,found problems,revised and perfected the model of project-based learning that has been designed,and finally formed a teaching model of project-based learning under the guidance of theory and practice for novice teachers to make reference.Through the above research,the author believes that for students in the lower grades of elementary school,the most important thing to develop project-based learning is to cultivate students’interest in project-based learning,and let them develop the ability of self-exploration.When determining the goals of project-based learning,you can refer to the curriculum standards,knowledge and abilities students have,combined with students’ physical and mental development characteristics and laws to formulate,at the same time should also combine the characteristics of the school to create a project-based learning model with the school characteristics.The innovation of this article is to analyze the curriculum standards,existing knowledge and abilities and the characteristics of physical and mental development of students in lower grades elementary school students.And proposed the goal of project-based learning combined with 21 century skills.The author would like to satisfied demands of the both three grades students through one project and to see this model riched the form of project-based learning. |
