The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy emphasizes the priority of the development of rural education.With the rapid development of my country's economy and the progress of urbanization,people are paying more and more attention to this.At present,rural physical education is at a weak link in the development of rural education,especially rural kindergarten physical education,as the basic stage of quality education,provides a basic guarantee for cultivating high-quality reserve talents in rural areas,and should be highly valued and developed.This research takes the development path of rural kindergarten sports in Pingdu City under the rural revitalization strategy as the research object;uses the literature method to obtain theoretical basis,uses questionnaire survey,interview method,and field investigation method to obtain objective information in the process,and then uses mathematical statistics and logic The analysis method is used to summarize,and finally,based on the research results and the actual situation,a reasonable path to promote the development of rural kindergartens in Pingdu City is proposed.The results are analyzed as follows:1.The rural kindergarten sports supervision mechanism and management system are lacking,and the enrollment rate of children is high,but the distribution of students is uneven.There is a case of a class with more than 50 students,which is small and large,and some teaching sites have only 12 students;the kindergarten teacher ratio is the highest: 1: 25.6,the proportion is seriously unbalanced,there is no supervision and management department specifically responsible for kindergarten physical education,and the development and management of kindergarten sports cannot reach the required level.2.Rural kindergartens are seriously lack of sports professionals,90% of teachers with college degree or above,but lack the learning and mastery of sports and health knowledge and skills,and cannot cope with the particularity of kindergarten sports when organizing sports activities,and are arranging sports activities It cannot be considered comprehensively at the time,leading to the need for innovation in curriculum implementation and program design;tight funding and unsatisfactory school-based training results are important factors that affect teachers' participation in training.3.Rural kindergartens still need to improve the sports infrastructure.The kindergarten has a high rate of large-scale sports equipment,but it is too concentrated when used to meet the needs of children;the kindergarten has a small area and a small proportion of standard venues,and most of the kindergartens have no indoor sports For venues,the ownership rate of rubber venues made of protective materials is 66.67%,without full coverage;sports funding comes from a single source,mainly relying on financial appropriations.4.The awareness of children ' s sports in rural areas is not comprehensive,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has greatly increased the attention of Pingdu residents to rural sports,but the attention to physical education in rural kindergartens is relatively low;The elderly take care of their children in the majority,and there is a superficial audience phenomenon when participating in children's activities.Only 36.67% of the parents will readily accept and participate immediately.The mentality of some parents that put emphasis on the mind and over the body will also be detrimental to the concept of kindergarten physical education Impact: 90% of kindergartens regard achieving the expected goal as the evaluation standard,and lack of diversity evaluation standards.The development path of rural kindergarten sports under the rural revitalization strategy is:build a propaganda platform and establish correct sports concepts;deepen curriculum reform to stimulate children's interest in participation;optimize the structure of teachers and build a team of professional talents;improve supervision and management to implement the quality of physical education;improve the input system Develop diversified supply paths;realize resource sharing and promote balanced development of urban and rural areas.We should seize the opportunity of the rural revitalization strategy,implement the development of rural kindergarten sports,improve the backwardness of rural kindergarten sports education in our country,and accelerate the pace of socialist education modernization.
