Research On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Rural Sports Development In Baicheng From The Perspective Of "Rural Revitalization Strategy"

With the growth of national economy,China's well-off society in an all-round way and the implementation of the "rural revitalization" strategy.The continuous improvement of farmers' living standards has confirmed that the countryside is about to leave its long-standing backwardness and has opened a new era.However,in the process of reform and change,all kinds of problems emerged,which directly reflected the weakness of the development of rural sports,while Baicheng,as the intersection of Jilin,Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia,had the inherent geographical conditions,but it is the weakness of the rural sports that causes the delay of the development of the rural sports in Baicheng,and faces many difficulties in the development.In order to solve these difficulties and problems,we should make full use of the available resources and the opportunities brought about by the "rural revitalization strategy."Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,based on the “rural revitalization strategy”,taking the general requirement of 20 words as the starting point,this study makes an all-round analysis of the rural sports in Baicheng.In the early stage,we read the national policy through the literature materials,and interpreted the problems encountered in the development of rural sports in the present stage.Based on the previous random sampling survey,3000 questionnaires with representative significance and regional characteristics were distributed,and 2,891 valid questionnaires were retrieved successfully.The valid data were analyzed by spss 23.0.This paper mainly analyzes the rural sports population,the rural sports development,the rural sports consumption and the current situation of the rural sports,and finds out the influencing factors of the development of the rural sports in Jilin Province.The analysis shows that the present situation of peasants participating in physical exercise,the level of peasants' sports literacy,the situation of rural sports facilities,the situation of rural sports consumption and the development of rural work are all involved in this research The development of rural sports is of direct significance.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the peasants' sports literacy,enhance the peasants' awareness ofsports participation,improve the level of rural sports public service,enhance the peasants' sense of well-being in physical exercise and give full play to the government's guidance.Open wide channels to function,control supply and resource support mechanism,actively prepare for and improve the construction of rural basic sports facilities,increase the input of sports funds,raise the awareness of peasants' sports consumption,and promote the active transformation of peasants' consumption.It is an important direction to promote the economic development by organically combining traditional sports activities with modern sports activities,enriching the content of peasant sports activities,strengthening the construction of rural sports teams and enhancing the scientificity of peasant sports activities.It is an important measure for the development of rural sports in Baicheng to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
