Education is of vital importance to both the country and the Party.At the 2018 National Education Conference,Xi Jinping made new suggestions on education: "We should work hard to strengthen moral cultivation;To enhance the overall quality of efforts;The education philosophy of putting health first should be established.We can see that school education is not only to cultivate students who can read,but more importantly to cultivate students' all-round development.In recent years,more and more people begin to pay attention to the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.For this reason,the state has successively promulgated the "Decision of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Deepening education Reform and Comprehensively Promoting Quality-oriented Education","Healthy China Action Plan","Sports Power Construction Program" and other documents,aiming at promoting the all-round development of students.Under this background,humanistic psychology with "people-oriented" and "student-centered"as the core educational ideas is a new line of educational reform in line with current educational thoughts.Humanistic psychology originated in the United States in the last century and is called the "third force" in the history of psychology.The educational idea of humanistic psychology holds that students' development should be the center in teaching and students' physical and mental development should be promoted comprehensively.Students should be respected in the teaching process and a good teacher-student relationship should be formed.At the same time,humanistic psychology also emphasizes to stimulate students' interest in learning,let students carry out "meaningful learning".Based on the above characteristics,comparing with the latest round of basic education reform in China,it can be found that there are many similarities between the two.Therefore,the author tries to combine humanistic psychology with physical education teaching in order to find a feasible way for the reform of physical education.In this paper,the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and teaching design are used to study the middle school physical education teaching design based on humanistic psychology theory.Through the in-depth analysis of the educational theory of humanistic psychology theory,the fusion point of humanistic psychology theory and physical education is found.Then the problems existing in current physical education teaching are discussed.Combining the educational viewpoint and existing problems of humanistic psychology theory,this paper constructs the physical education teaching mode under the guidance of humanistic psychology theory,and designs the corresponding teaching design.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part mainly introduces the educational thought of humanistic psychology theory,as well as its basic concept and characteristics,and makes a brief comment on humanistic psychology theory.The second part is mainly based on humanistic psychology theory,to find out the point of view that humanistic psychology theory plays a guiding role in teaching,combined with the characteristics of physical education in the present stage,to find out the fusion of humanistic psychology and physical education,and integrate humanistic psychology theory and physical education.The specific guidance of physical education classroom under the guidance of humanistic psychology theory is designed,including teaching thought,teaching objective,teaching content,teaching process,teaching method and organizational form under the guidance of humanistic psychology theory and teaching evaluation.The third part,mainly based on the sports teaching under the guidance of humanistic psychology theory,makes the football teaching design under the guidance of humanistic psychology theory: First of all,students' learning situation analysis,according to the seventh grade students' physiological and psychological development level,as well as the existing sports level and other characteristics of the design of infiltration of humanistic psychology theory of football foot inside pass and catch the teaching objectives and teaching content.Secondly,in the scene leading part of teaching,students' interest in learning is stimulated by pleasant games and vivid language,while the action commands are simplified for students to understand and memorize.The training consolidation process focuses on students' experience of success and the fun of sports,and will focus on students' development throughout the class.Finally,a detailed teaching evaluation is made,including teacher evaluation,student evaluation,self-evaluation and comprehensive evaluation,which makes the evaluation method more comprehensive.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the application of humanistic psychology theory in junior middle school PE teaching in the future.First,schools should take concrete measures to implement relevant policies,strengthen the cultivation of humanistic theory for teachers,and improve the humanistic quality of teachers.Secondly,it is hoped that relevant psychology and football experts will explore more humanistic teaching methods in football teaching and make researches,so as to constantly improve the teaching methods under humanistic theory and provide some help for future practical teaching.
