It was shown from the physics teaching in the past three years of high school in minority areas,the students were lack of interest in learning physics,In addition,classroom participation was not strong,and the teaching effect was not obvious,there was a small part of the students had given up learning physics completely.In individual interviewed of students and communicated with peers and found the reasons for this phenomenon: the students had no good habits and methods in studying physics led to they do not understand the basic physical concept deeply,and had no learning fundamentals led to difficulties in the understanding of physical concepts,students were understanding of physical concepts was not enough and not deeply made the whole physical learning difficulties;and physics teachers were lacking of care and understanding for the students who were learning difficult in the physics study.In view of this situation,according to the "ordinary high school physics curriculum standards" proposed "to improve the scientific literacy of all students," the overall goal,selected the “Research on instructional design Strategy of grade one on senior High school Physical Concept Based on Humanistic theory” for the research topic.This paper analyzes the research of physics concept teaching at home and abroad and clarifies the main problems existing in the minority areas students study physics conception.Base on Humanistic theory,combined with the problems students study physics conception physical concept in minority areas.highlight the "people-oriented" humanistic teaching concept,discusses the teaching principles of grade one on senior High school Physical Concept: the principle of student center,participation principle and the principle of adaptability,and also put forward the instructional design strategy of grade one on senior high school physical concept teaching based on humanistic theory: cognitive conflict strategy,situation strategy and progressive strategy,on this basis,the design of the teaching version of the compulsory teaching of the four class teaching case,and carried evaluation.Through the above research,found the instructional design strategy of grade one on senior high school physical concept based on humanistic theory of minority students learning physics concepts has certain adaptability,the use of teaching design strategies can stimulate interest in learning physics and let students actively participate in classroom activities,effectively change the problem of students' learning enthusiasm is not high;and put forward the tactics of teaching suggestions: focus on the concept of the generation process,step by step,strengthen again,deepen the understanding about physics concept;creating all kinds of situations,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and interest,improve the students' participation in class teaching;reduce the starting point,dispersed knowledge difficulty,let the students have a sense of achievement.Finally,the research work is reviewed and prospects.
