Regulation Effect Of Rural Labor Education System And Its Enhancement Path In Primary And Secondary School

System control mode of rural labor education,which construct evaluation feedback mechanism,community decision-making mechanism and the political environment fusion mechanism,is a process paradigm of labor education regulation that rural primary and secondary schools release the "besieged initiative" of labor education.At present,the rural primary and secondary schools is still facing great challenges in the process of promoting the development of labor education.As the concrete form of labor education policy,labor education system is obviously the most powerful weapon for rural primary and middle schools to promote their own development of labor education.Based on Multiple source theory,the questionnaire scale of system control mode of rural labor education involves evaluation feedback mechanism,community decision-making mechanism,the political environment fusion mechanism,and the performance scale of labor education involves labor reaction ? labor ability ? labor study and labor contribution.After correcting the forecasting effect of random sampling questionnaire survey,the paper gather 1080 paper questionnaires of using stratified cluster sampling method for H province rural primary and secondary school students.And the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 91.2%.Then,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the sample data by SPSS software.On the basis of questionnaire scale,the paper establishes interview outline and chooses 5 leaders?5 directors of the teacher in charge,5 class teachers,a total of 15 interview object from the goal school by a stratified random sample method.Then the paper entirely analyzes the material from the interview by using nvivo software.By the above multiple research methods,the purpose of the study is to discuss the construction of the system explicit mechanism of rural labor education,such as the evaluation feedback mechanism,the community decision-making mechanism and the political environment integration mechanism,as well as the effect of each mechanism on labor education.The research finds:(1)rural students' cognition of labor has turned to diversification and got rid of the shackles of traditional "physical labor";(2)there are gender differences between rural students' willingness to practice and their awareness of social contribution;(3)the effect of rural labor education is different in grade;(4)rural students' sense of shame positively affects the effect of rural labor education;(5)the result evaluation index of rural labor education is basically constructed;(6)the evaluation of the existence of student labor by the parents staying in the countryside and the teachers in the off-campus labor base is spontaneous;(7)the evaluation feedback mechanism,the community decision-making mechanism and the political environment integration mechanism of rural labor education all have a direct positive effect on labor education.However,the research also finds these difficulties:(1)evaluation feedback mechanism level:imbalance in the evaluation index?the vital evaluation body outside?the hidden labor feedback;(2)community decision-making mechanism level:subjectivity of village members ?the absence of rural decisions ?the absence of parents and students' emotional expression;(3)institutional level of political environment integration:the silent power of student labor committee and the parent organization?the invalid utility of teachers' change,etc.In view of the above problems,the study put forward the following suggestions: Firstly,it is to construct basic operation system which includes the evaluation index system of "value-added,process,result and comprehensiveness",standardization system of parents and teachers 'evaluation,the system of the student practical skills and results feedback,in order to establishing and improving the rural labor education evaluation index system,promoting the labor evaluation subject outside of school and enriching students' feedback form,eventually boosting evaluation feedback mechanism.Secondly,it is to construct the cooperative enabling system,which needs to establish the labor decision-making subject in the local system,strengthen the rural labor space restoration system,in order to promote the rural labor education decision-making subject in the local,promote the labor education rural resources outdoor development,and then improve the construction of community decision-making mechanism.Thirdly,it is to build the organizational structure system,which needs to optimize the system of the expression from parents and student,buildsystem of teacher leadership,consolidate the system of the influence of class cadre and parents,in order to achieve public expression of labor education,enhance the utility of the leadership in head teacher and class teacher,enhance the organization power of the parents and student,and promote political environment fusion mechanism construction.To sum up,the system regulation mode of "basic operation system--cooperative enablement system--organizational structure system" is constructed to respond to the question of the genuine dilemma of rural labor education.
