Research On The Innovation Of Practical Education Mechanism In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Practice education is an important way to cultivate talents in universities.Practice education mechanism is an important guarantee for the effective development of practice education,for promoting the all-round development of college students,and for the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward that we should give priority to the development of education,carry out the basic task of Building Morality and cultivating people,and realize the connotative development of higher education,which points out the way forward for the development of higher education in the new era,and gives new connotation to the innovative development and in-depth promotion of practice education in universities.Under the background of the new era,it is necessary for the country to cultivate innovative talents.However,practice education is still a weak link in the cultivation of talents in universities.There are still many innovations to be improved in the practice education mechanism,which is not fully in line with the requirements of cultivating top innovative talents in the new era.Therefore,universities must adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue,carry out innovative research on practice education mechanism of universities in the new era,run practice education through all aspects of school education,guide students to actively participate in practical activities,improve their own practical ability and innovation ability in practice,further improve the effectiveness of practice education,and narrow the gap between the requirements of cultivating innovative talents in the new era To provide a solid talent guarantee for accelerating the construction of an innovative country.This paper mainly discusses from the following four parts:the first part is the research introduction.This part combs some important policies and conferences on Practice Education issued by China since the reform and opening up,indicating the importance of practice education and the necessity of innovation of practice education mechanism in the context of the new era.At the same time,it analyzes the significance of establishing practice education mechanism in universities,systematically explores the research status of practice education and mechanism in universities at home and abroad,defines the core concepts involved in the paper,and summarizes the systematic and comprehensive research on practice education mechanism in universities by using literature research method and empirical research method.The second part is the theoretical basis of the innovation of practice education mechanism in universities.This part starts from the Marxist practice view,the thought of all-round development of human beings,Dewey's pragmatism education thought,and explores the internal conjunction of the three with the practice education of universities,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the innovation research of the practice education mechanism of universities.The third part is the empirical analysis of practice education mechanism in universities.This paper mainly uses the methods of sending out questionnaires and collecting information on the Internet to investigate the implementation of the practice education mechanism in universities,and uses the results of the questionnaire to analyze the current situation,problems and reasons of the practice education mechanism in universities.The fourth part is the innovation of practice education mechanism in universities.This part is the core of the thesis.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the practice education mechanism in the third chapter and the development background of the new era,this paper explores the innovation of the high-tech practice education mechanism from the operation mechanism,security mechanism,power mechanism and evaluation mechanism.Specifically speaking,the innovation of practice education mechanism in universities in the new era needs to build a "three in one"operation mechanism of college,family and society in the new era;to build a "double support" guarantee mechanism of practice education in universities in the new era;to build a "four in one" dynamic mechanism of practice education in universities in the new era;to build a "five in one" evaluation mechanism of practice education in the new era.
